The last time we stayed at this condo for a family beach trip was 14 years ago! Grandmomma & Granddaddy were still with us, the kids were little-bitty (one of them just a twinkle in his father’s eye), I still had a little hair, and you can see even the ivy they have growing on the walls has come a long way! Hard to believe it’s been that long ago. We missed the rest of our family this week.. the ones at home and the ones home in Heaven. Thank you Lord, for blessing us with a beautiful week together! Heading home, but can’t wait for our next trip to the beach!! ❤️🙌🏻☀️😎 #family #beachtrip

Had an amazing meal with my people last night. We always have a “fancy dinner” together before we head home from the beach. Fresh seafood, yummy dessert & fantastic service! So thankful for great weather, fun memories, and real relaxation this week.. ☺️☀️

Sometimes I stop everything I’m doing or thinking when we’re all in the room together, and just think.. “These are MY people.” lol. I can’t even believe it. I’m so thankful that Angie is their Mama and my bride. Happy Mama’s Day, babe. I love you. ❤️💯

DISSOLVE - the debut release from @abby_siler, 21 year old songwriter from small town Illinois 💙 After moving to Nashville, Tennessee to pursue her dream to become an artist, Siler arrives with “DISSOLVE,” written “initially as a 1 minute outro... it was super vulnerable and raw and heartbreaking and it was just where I was at. I made myself sit down at the piano though and feel it fully. There's something beautiful to me about surrendering to the hurt you feel from something and letting it out to create something tangible and something to help others who feel that same thing heal.

When I think about Easter, I think about a beautiful sunny day, just like today… but it’s not about bunnies, chocolates, or hunting for eggs. It’s about God seeing YOU & ME struggling and striving and failing, and then doing something for us that we could never do for ourselves. He took the punishment for every evil deed or thought I’ve ever had (or will have), and he died. Three days later he rose from the dead, appeared before men, and ascended to Heaven. THAT’S why we celebrate Easter! One day (kinda feels like sooner than later) he will return. The Bible says “For God so loved (insert your name here), that he gave his only son, that whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.” God loves you & we love you. Happy Easter from the Heltons! ✝️❤️🙌🏻

While our family has always struggled to conquer the laundry situation at our house, Cookie managed to scale this big stack of bath towels (A.k.a. “Mount Saint Helton”) earlier today with no problem... 🐶🏆 Not exactly sure how she did it, but she’s up there! 😂

Had a fun family snow day, and didn’t even have to leave our own backyard! It was Cookie’s first snow and she didn’t know what to make of it! We sledded for hours & then made home made soup to warm back up tonight.. It was a good day. ❤️❄️ #dadlife #snowday #nashville

To say I’m proud of my daughter, would be an understatement. She asked if she could cut my hair for school, and of course my answer was “Yes! I mean, if you can find some...YES!!!” She gave me an appointment time, she greeted me very warmly, she was very gentle in cutting my hair & shampooed what was left, and then she walked me to checkout. It was a wonderful experience and and my favorite part was she kept referring to me as her “model”... I’M A MODEL, Y’ALL!!! lol 😎🤩✂️ Thank you, Emma.
