God really said, “I’m going to give you this man as your father,” and then gave me with these amazing kids to lead through life.

When people say, “You’re blessed,” this is exactly what they mean.

I love you, Dad. Happy Father’s Day ❤️

To all the men out there who keep showing up for their kids, regardless of the circumstances, thank you. Just remember, you are enough. None of us have done this before. This is all our first time being a father, and I hope you spend today surrounded by the people who make it all worth it.

I absolutely love being a dad, and I have no idea what kind of father I would be without this man paving the way.

There’s something special about looking at your grown children and realizing they’ve become incredible human beings. As a father, that’s one of life’s greatest rewards. Dad, you are a huge reason for who we are today.

Keep showing up. Keep leading and being the light for your family.

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there. ❤️

P.S. The older I get, the more I realize that being a father isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being present. And if there’s one thing my dad taught me, it’s that showing up, day after day, matters more than anything else.

Today we celebrated our soldier Max completing Basic Training 🇺🇸

10.5 weeks of being put through the wringer.
Challenges. Pressure. Growth. And somehow… he came out STRONGER , sharper, and more grounded than ever.

We swear he grew in those 10 weeks not just physically, but in who he is. The discipline, the respect, the way he carries himself now… it’s different. It’s intentional.

Watching him enjoy the small luxuries in life really hit us.
He asked where the biggest bed was in the Airbnb… because he forgot what a real bed felt like.
A 20-minute hot shower.
Sitting on an actual couch, and a guaranteed hot meal.

The things most people don’t think twice about… exist because he is choosing a life that requires sacrifice both now and the future.

And just like that, we had to let him go again. Off to Fort Lee for the next 12 weeks.

We are all in awe of the man he’s becoming and the life he’s choosing.
Keep being the example, you are a and have always been a cut above the rest soldier

I am so incredibly proud of this man. The happiest tears I’ve ever shed.

You went in a good man, and you’re coming out even greater than I ever imagined. The confidence, the discipline, the way you carry yourself with purpose and intention. It’s powerful to witness.

When you came through that smoke, I felt something I’ve never felt before. That moment… you earned that.

This picture almost didn't make it out alive! ChatGPT and I were having an argument LOL.

What started as "Make a fun caricature" turned into:
✈️ plane too big → plane too small → PLANE BIGGER

💃 wife does not have blonde hair → she still doesn't have blonde hair → you forgot her tattoos

🧒 wrong kids → right kids → those kids but not those kids

💪 tattoos here → no tattoos there → definitely tattoos THERE

🐶 dogs stay. Non-negotiable.

🧠 “Can you make it obvious these are client transformations?”
→ adds actual transformation flyers

Moral of the story:
Great things take iterations.
Just like business.
Just like fitness.
Just like building a life you’re proud of.

Appreciate the patience… and the end result was worth every “one last tweak.”

Thanksgiving took a wild left turn this year. Instead of turkey… we went to Türkiye and my oldest daughter came with me for a father-daughter bonding trip slash “Dad gets a new hairline” adventure.

The trip started strong with… absolutely none of our luggage. Shoutout to the airline for keeping us humble and helping us discover what 3½ days in the same outfit really does to a person. At this point, our clothes deserved their own passport stamp.

We still made the best of it — hit the Egyptian Market, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, fed seagulls on a rooftop overlooking the Bosphorus, and dodged traffic jams caused by, you know… the Pope. Just a normal Friday.

Then came the main event:
5,380 grafts taken from my neck and back of my head using the DHI method. Eight hours later, I had a new hairline and a medical team who absolutely carried me like the real MVPs of Thanksgiving. @drserkanaygin

This year, I’m grateful for a lot — my amazing family, the opportunity to travel, but especially for getting to spend a whole week experiencing a new culture with my daughter… even if she had to smell me in the same outfit the entire first half of the trip.

We did it again! 6th straight years of pulling off the bigger and better Tidd’s Halloween Party… Monster Mash style!

Grateful to spend the night with so many amazing people because the people truly make the party!
