POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A little behind-the-scenes glimpse into the very glamorous life of a wedding artist.

Beautiful venues, gorgeous flowers, original works of art… and the occasional situation that requires a level of friendship with your assistant that neither of you anticipated.

Some things simply don’t make it into the wedding gallery. 😂

It’s funny how the little things end up being the big things.

And I think that’s what I loved most about this wedding.

They cared about the details. Not just how everything would look, but how it would feel. How their guests would experience it. How they could weave a little more of themselves into every part of the celebration.

From the invitations that arrived months before, to the paper details tucked throughout the wedding, to little painted portraits of the people they love most.

And finally, a painting of the day itself.

All these little things, thoughtfully chosen, beautifully personal, and part of a much bigger story.

Because the best wedding details aren’t really about the details at all.

They’re about the people, the memories, and making a day feel so wonderfully, unmistakably yours. 🤍

If this year taught me anything, it’s that the weddings people remember most are the ones where they felt deeply cared for.

This year, I watched parents place their hands on their children and pray.
I watched guests pause — mid-conversation — just to take in what was happening in front of them.
I watched couples choose intention over excess, warmth over spectacle, meaning over noise.

I painted moments that weren’t loud.
Moments that didn’t ask for attention.
Moments that were never meant to go viral — but were absolutely meant to be remembered.

Because the truth is, people may forget the timeline or the tablescape…
but they always remember how a wedding made them feel.

Welcomed.
Considered.
Seen.

That’s what art does on a wedding day when it’s done with heart.
It slows the room down.
It gives guests a reason to linger.
It honors the people who made the day possible.

As this year comes to a close, I feel deeply grateful for the couples and planners who believe — like I do — that hospitality is the highest form of luxury, and that beauty matters most when it’s shared.

I’m equally grateful for every client who trusted me to create art for them — those who joyfully share their paintings and stories publicly, and those who choose to keep their moments private and just for themselves. Some of the most meaningful work I create will never live online, and I hold that with great care.

What they all have in common is this: a deep love for their people, an understanding that the smallest details are often the most meaningful, and a shared belief that moments like these are worth remembering through art.

It’s been an honor to witness so much love, generosity, and intention this year — and to help preserve it in a way that lasts.

Here’s to more weddings that feel like home.
More moments worth preserving.
More stories told in paint.

Thank you for being here.
