Just wrapped five weeks of rehearsal + an incredible weekend of performances of The Wizard of Oz at @childrensmusicaltheatre! Last month, my husband and I packed up our lives and moved to a small town in NE Oklahoma for the summer and I’ll never be the same. Professionally this production was definitely the biggest challenge and reward to date—highlights include 67 actors, a full orchestra, flying, an animal, and a puppet!

If you know me you know selfies are my love language, and I took too many to count! Faves are dumped here. Maybe I’ll get around to posting actual show photos/videos at some point, but it’s really the people forever etched onto the heart for me. Thank you to the cast, crew, and creative team for an unforgettable experience. Goodbye yellow brick road, it’s been real!

Wow. I can’t believe it’s all over now. For the past 5 weeks our cast has been rehearsing for Wizard of Oz every single week day, and I have loved every minute of it! Being apart of a CMT production has been a dream since I first saw Matilda a couple years back. I just have loved getting to know everyone and getting to be apart of this awesome family! I am just so thankful that the Lord guided my steps through all of this. Even when I didn’t know how things where going to work out and was anxious about things, I know He was with me through every step! I would just like to say thank you to everyone who made this experience so special to me! Everyone welcomed me in as if I had been apart of this group for years. This is definitely a time in my life I will never forget!
