We’ve officially been open almost 2 months now, so I thought it was time to do an official introduction! 🤎☕️

Hi friends! I’m Emma, the owner of Highly Favored Coffee Co.!
A few things about me: ♡ I’m 23 years old! ♡ I’m from Champion, Oh. ♡ When I’m not making coffee, you can find me doing Pilates or with my friends and family. ♡ A fun fact about me would be I played D1 College Softball. ♡ My favorite drink on the menu is ICED banana bread!

Highly Favored started as a little dream and a whole lot of faith. 🤎
We started with an old horse trailer, completely gutted it, and slowly began turning it into the coffee trailer you see today. From renovations and figuring things out as we went, to building a presence and sharing the journey on social media before we even opened, so much love, time, and prayer has gone into this little business. I give so much credit to my fiance and parents who were a HUGE part of getting this built for me.

But more than just coffee, my heart behind this business is to serve people well, love boldly, and pour purpose into every cup. My faith is such a big part of who I am, and I hope that shines through in everything I do. 🤍
Starting this business has been such a leap of faith, and I’m so thankful for every single person who has supported me, stopped by the trailer, shared a post, or purchased a drink these past two months. You’re the reason I get to keep doing what I love!

I can’t wait to see where God takes this little business. Thank you for being here and being part of the journey!

Our night before the best day of our lives 🤍✨🕊️

Finally getting around to sharing our rehearsal dinner & I have so much gratitude!! We truly could not be more blessed to have such a special circle of people celebrating life with us. I don’t know what we would do without our friends & family and we’ve truly struck gold with them all. Major lucky girl syndrome!!!!🥹🥹🤍🤍🤍

Thank you UIC Softball for the past three years. I am so grateful for the entire UIC department, my coaches, and especially my teammates. With a lot of consideration, I have decided to enter the transfer portal as a grad transfer to continue my last year of eligibility for softball. TYJ ❤️ John 3:16
