October is National Women’s Small Business Month, and with everything happening at Evolve right now, I’ve found myself reflecting on this journey a little more than usual. 💜
Owning a small business is something I’m incredibly proud of, but it certainly isn’t always easy. There have been long days, difficult decisions, plenty of lessons learned, and moments when I’ve questioned just about everything.

But there have also been some pretty incredible moments along the way.

When I think about Evolve and what we’ve built, I’m reminded that it’s always been about so much more than fitness. It’s about creating a place where women feel comfortable, supported, and confident in themselves.

And while I’m the woman behind the business, I’m certainly not the only woman who has helped build it.

To every woman who has walked through our doors, trusted us with her fitness journey, encouraged us, referred a friend, or simply cheered us on — thank you. You’ve all played a part in making Evolve what it is today.

With our move to a new location just around the corner, this next chapter feels especially meaningful. It’s another big step, another leap of faith, and another opportunity to keep building something I truly believe in.

So here’s to the women who take chances, work hard for what they believe in, support one another, and keep showing up — even when things aren’t easy.

And to everyone who has been part of my journey, thank you for being part of Evolve’s story. The best is yet to come! 💙

I’ve had a stalking problem for awhile, the police said get it on camera so I did but when I went to them with proof they said you need to identify them. Well these people are masked up so I can’t see them and they just keep bugging me even after this home invasion. Please read if you care.
