My students took on the challenge of blending Louisiana flavors with cuisines from around the world — and let’s just say, the results were lagniappe-level impressive. From gumbo with global flair to jambalaya that traveled the map, every dish brought bold creativity and serious flavor. Louisiana met the world… and absolutely won.

Field trip with @nochi_grams a.k.a the ultimate New Orleans food crawl with my chef friends. 🍴✨

🥖 @ayubakehousenola – croissant game undefeated + order the boudin boys ❤️
🫶🏾 @dookychaserestaurant – a taste of history + the food was unmatched 🏆 is the biscuit on the menu?!?
🎈@commanderspalace – fine dining but make it festive 🎉
🍨 @angelobrocatoicecream – gelato + cannoli = happiness unlocked 😊
🔥 @emerils – “BAM!” still hits like it’s the ’90s + the kitchen is SPOTLESS 😍 oh my label making heart!
🍷 @gautreausrestaurant – tucked-away gem + s/o to the pastry chef there 10/10 🍰

Special thank you to the chefs/restaurants for taking the time to educate and inspire the next generation. ❤️
