I only have 1 flight today to work from 8am-9am and then technically I have the whole day to workout so not sure why I prefer to wake up at the crack of ass to go to 5 am fitness classes but I feel they set the tone of my day. The mental goal is to tackle things as soon as you’re given the opportunity because the mindset of ‘I’ll just do it later’ is the same reason we get into the routine of ‘I’ll start next Monday’
and procrastination in due time will transpire into the equation of a bum bitch.

In other news, I woke up to @emmapearsonwillis standing me up and I had to Uber to Pilates today because my job forgot to get me a rental car. My pilots said they preferred to sleep in yet skipping for me wasn’t really an option. I got a body to catch. Results to acquire and I don’t have the leisure to just not show up for myself after having gained so much weight.
Im glad I found @bodyroknashville on Instagram yesterday and was able to come to this class today.

Another day in the books.

May do some cardio when I get to Chicago today at 9 am .
