This isn’t about a photoshoot - it’s a celebration of vulnerability, healing, and radical responsibility. The women here have rewritten their story - not just in body, but in mindset, confidence, and self-worth ❤️‍🔥

We could not be prouder of our community 😭🙏🏼

Still buzzing from yesterday’s photoshoot with the MGTvy Coaching fam!
It’s honestly more than a coaching space – it’s a sisterhood. A family of powerful, supportive women who lift each other up no matter our shape, size, or stage of the journey.

We’re all walking our own unique paths, but the love and encouragement in this community is unreal.
No comparison, no judgment – just women cheering each other on to be the strongest, most confident version of themselves.

Massive love to Meg and Lauren for building something so special. You’ve created a space where women can grow, feel seen, and fully own their power.

Already counting down to next year!
Who’s coming with us?! You won’t regret it – pinky promise.

2024 was one of the hardest, most transformative years of my life. Moving countries and starting over brought challenges I never expected, pushing me to my limits emotionally, mentally, and physically. It was a year of immense loss—of people, comfort, and old versions of myself—but also a year of new beginnings. New lives entered the picture, bringing hope and joy, while new friendships and relationships reminded me that even in hard times, there’s beauty to be found.

I landed an incredible new job, started a business venture I’m so passionate about, and learned the value of those who stand by me when things get tough. This year also showed me exactly who’s in my corner, and for that, I’m deeply grateful.

That said, I’m more than ready to leave 2024 in the bin. It tested me, grew me, and taught me, but now it’s time to move forward. Here’s to a fresh start in 2025, with clarity, determination, and hope for what’s ahead.

Yep I cried TWICE… here’s why 👇🏼

It was day 3 of @embody.retreats and I was lying in a breathwork facilitated by my right hand woman, @sheoni__ and out of no where, I had an overwhelming feeling of emotion rush over me.

These women had shown up for their future selves. They had committed to doing the deep, transformative work, session after session…

and I was crying because I just know

so

fucking

deeply

that if you can show up like that…

and follow through with aligned action…

no 👏🏼 matter 👏🏼 what 👏🏼 parts of your life you’re feeling stuck, unhappy with or unfulfilled in

you can change.

You CAN create your dream life.

It is SO possible for you.

Because I wake up

every

single

day

so incredibly happy with every facet of my life 😭

And this moment—surrounded by these women—reminded me of why I do what I do:

Helping you see what IS possible for you.

If you’re willing to show up for yourself, to take the action, to lean into the work, there is nothing you can’t shift, create, or call into your life 🔑
