I wish I were the wind, so I could kiss your skin, weave through your hair, and carry your scent with me forever.

I recently upgraded from an A7iii to an A7iv. One of the biggest changes between the two is the color science. So naturally, I wanted to test out some cinematic shots as soon as I got my hands on it. This entire video was shot at a local park with zero setup or planning, in about 20 minutes. It was also shot in S-Log 3. As soon as I got home I got to work on editing this and the final product was done in about 35 minutes.

Long story short, I’m a completely self taught hobbyist photographer and videographer… and although this short video might not be the greatest thing you’ve ever seen, I am extremely proud of it. It’s the third cinematic video I’ve ever shot, this was my second time color grading (using no luts or presets), and it was extremely rushed with zero planning. Not to mention my first test on a new camera.

Thank you for watching and for the support. I hope to be starting my first REAL cinematic project soon.
