Team UNLEASHED - workshop 2️⃣ 🐅🐅🐅

@mattedmondson and I have been writing a musical for nearly 5 years (which madly is young as far as new shows go!) and this summer it took a big step forward… Can’t describe the thrill and rollercoaster emotions of seeing our show gradually come to life.

Thank you to our wonderful (and ever growing) team. In 2 weeks the cast learnt a whole new show and allowed us to really explore and build the material - including 2 new songs written last week!

Watch this space. A tiger is approaching…

the most wonderful giant surprise to have Ministry nominated by the @olivierawards - hard to believe and beyond special, I am so happy for our whole gorgeous team who worked so hard to make this small revolution happen and touch so many hearts, and was very fun to send the kids off to prom yesterday!!

We went to the Oliviers as nominees 🥹 I actually thought we might win for a moment because we were sat directly behind the two best actress winners but it turns out seating plans don’t work like that. It did mean we were on telly a lot, particularly Campbell hahaha. It was so fun and special and I cried during some of the speeches and performances (half from being moved and half because of how much I needed a wee).

We felt so proud to be there and to be nominated. Big up theatre and all the luvvies of which I think I’m one!

National Theatre Gala 2026 ✅

4 months of polar bears, pyro, pledges and puppets galore. The wildest, most intense and deeply rewarding experience. Long live the NT and all the dreamers on the South Bank.

Plus getting to produce alongside one of your best friends when they’re insanely talented, funny, beautiful AND chic is pure joy. 10/10 would recommend x

Our show The Ministry of Lesbian Affairs has been nominated for an Olivier Award - Best New Production in Affiliate Theatre! @olivierawards

Hannah and I started @damselproductions 10 years ago and have spent that time navigating the rewarding and frustrating world of subsidised theatre. We have been with @imanqureshi’s hilarious and heartwarming play since being put together for @sohotheatre’s Soho Six - to its first outing there, to our indefatigable co-producer @emmasophy @anticprod joining and ultimately running at @kilntheatre back in June 2025. I am so proud that our perseverance and belief in this incredible show has been recognised. Thank you to everyone who loves this play as much as we do xxxx
