Before the spotlight, there was the WORK. 📸✨

A little behind the scenes with me and my amazing professors, the people who help bring the vision of Sincere Financial Group to life. 💕

What people see is the polished photos, the flyers, the trainings, the growth… but behind all of that is a team of leaders who SHOW UP, serve, teach, build, and truly care about the people connected to us.

And we definitely had some fun while doing it! 😂📸

Excellence isn’t just what we post… it’s what we build when nobody is watching.

🥂 Cheers to year 2! So proud of this team and even more excited about where we’re going. 🚀

Last year, 90% of our team started with no experience.

Today, they’re serving clients, earning additional income, building brands, and creating opportunities for themselves and their families.

The tax industry changed my life, and one of my favorite things is helping others discover what’s possible when they have the right training, support, and community behind them.

If you’ve been looking for an opportunity to learn a skill, start a business, or create another stream of income, this might be your sign.

We’re officially recruiting for the next season of Sincere Financial University. 🎓💰

Comment “INFO” or send me a message, and I’ll send over the details.

Still smiling from our SFG Awards Dinner. 💕🏆

One thing about me, I’m always going to celebrate people.

We spent the evening at Kobe’s eating good, laughing, giving out awards, handing out certificates, and just taking a moment to recognize what was accomplished this season.

Everybody’s journey looked different. Some hit big goals. Some grew in confidence. Some stepped outside their comfort zone. Some simply stayed consistent when it would’ve been easier to quit.

Either way, every person in that room contributed to this season, and I’m grateful for each of them.

Congratulations again to all of our award recipients and certificate holders. Y’all earned it.

Now let’s get back to work. 😏🥂

✨ Saturday was more than an awards dinner… it was FAMILY ❤️

So grateful to our Dean, Shameena, for celebrating, honoring, and investing in us 🙌🏽🏆

What I love most about this journey is that it’s not just about the money 💰… it’s about building people, building relationships, and growing together 🤝🏽✨

Because relationships are currency. 💯

Thankful for the laughs, the food, the fellowship, and being surrounded by people who are winning together 🔥🥂

The reason most tax pros never hit six figures…

They’re trying to do everything themselves.
❌ Marketing
❌ Recruiting
❌ Training
❌ Client Service
❌ Tax Preparation

At some point, you have to stop being the worker and become the builder.

The biggest income jump in my business came when I stopped focusing only on preparing taxes and started building people.

Want to learn how to build a tax business instead of just working in one?

🚨 How I built a team of 30+ tax professionals in my first year (without chasing people)

Step 1: Hosted Weekly Webinars
📚 I stopped explaining the opportunity one-on-one.
Instead, I taught many people at once.

Step 2: Created Referral Bonuses
💰 People recruit what they get rewarded for.
Every referral had a clear incentive.

Step 3: Built Leaders, Not Followers
👥 I created team leads and gave them ownership.
The goal wasn’t a team…
The goal was a team that could grow without me.

A strong team changes everything.

This weekend wasn’t just about learning…
It was about vision, connection, leadership, and growth.

Watching my team show up, learn, network, and elevate made me proud.

We’re building more than a tax business.
We’re building leaders, strategists, and financial experts.

And this is only the beginning…

This weekend in Miami was more than a trip— it was a reminder that growth requires proximity✨

I was surrounded by people who think big, move differently, and refuse to stay stagnant. That kind of environment changes you!

Never underestimate what happens when you invest in yourself and get in rooms designed for growth 🗝️
