summer 2026 reminded me how grateful I am for the incredible village of people around me!! so many smiles were had, amidst a very chaotic few months🫶🏼

In July there was a huge fire in my apartment, while my unit was not impacted, I was displaced for six weeks. During those six weeks, there were looters in my unit who rifled through and used my things, there was drug use and cigarette smoke, and several other things for me to come home to after my displacement. I terminated my lease immediately and moved home to my parents own post fire home... hello fire trauma🤪 luckily their house is beautiful albeit empty of furniture.

A fire, a displacement and an unexpected move home later, I can only hope fall 2026 will be less insane, fingers crossed✌🏼♥️
