I can’t think of a better way to spend my afternoon🌞 This was a birthday celebration sound bath and the soothing frequencies were a perfect balm for the intense solar eclipse energy we are all feeling today! I love transforming an open space into a little healing sanctuary.

Chicken Parm for the Soul 😌

Good for the soul indeed!!! Millie discovered the smell of Pinot Grigio and the girls had a lot of laughs

CHICKEN PARM
This is kind of tough because it really depends on how many people you’re serving and I’m feeling a LEETLE lazy and a LEETLE sleepy after all the giggles, but a few things I do every time:

- DOUBLE bread your chicken, this will get you the crispiest, crunchiest results 🤌🏼 (egg wash, breadcrumb mix, repeat)
- Always have more eggs on hand than you think you’ll need - if you do the double bread, you’ll go through your egg wash quicker than expected
- Breadcrumb mix: 2 cup crumbs, 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan, 1tsp kosher salt, 1tsp oregano, 1/2tsp garlic powder, fresh cracked pep to taste
- Pan fry your cutlets first to get the golden crunchy crust, you have to be relatively generous with your olive oil to get a nice golden crunch, I don’t make the rules 🤷🏼‍♀️
- Cutlets into the oven at 400 for 10ish depending on thickness and broil for 2-3 to get your mozz toasty roasty

Soupy Bowl!!!! 🏈🏈🤩

We were lucky to spend our Super Bowl Sunday with lots of friends (and a special birthday boy!! @scottonion 🥳🥳) and definitely more snacks than people

Millie thought she was going to be the luckiest girl at the party and she did indeed snag a bite of a muffaletta and a bit of pepperoni, so maybe she was 🤷🏼‍♀️

HAM & CHEESE SLIDERS
- 2 24ct Hawaiian rolls
- 2lb finely sliced honey ham
- 0.75lb thinly sliced provolone
- 1.5 stick butter melted
- 2tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1tsp Worcestershire
- EBTB seasoning measured w your 💗

Pre-Heat Oven to 350
1. Jigsaw the Hawaiian rolls to fit your baking dish
2. Cut your Hawaiian rolls horizontally
3. Melt the butter in :20 increments & whisk in Dijon + Worcestershire
4. Brush on about half of the butter mixture to the Hawaiian roll bottoms
5. Assemble your ham & cheese and add the tops
6. Brush the remaining butter mixture to the top and add a generous dusting of EBTB to the top
7. Pop in the oven for about 15 min until tops are golden brown & cheese is melty

LITTLE DOGGIES
- 2 packages Annie’s crescent rolls
- 1 24oz package mini smoked sausages
- 1 egg + 1-2tbsp water
- Flakey sea salt

Pre-Heat Oven to 375
1. Roll out 1 triangle of crescent rolls on a lightly floured surface (a wine bottle will do the trick 🤪)
2. Use a butter knife to cut out skinny triangles (I do 3-4 per crescent triangle)
3. Roll up your mini sausage with the smaller triangles - these don’t need to be perfect or uniform!!!
4. Whisk an egg with a bit of water and brush on top of the little doggies
5. Sprinkle the tops with flakey sea salt 🤤
6. Bake for about 18-20 min until tops are golden brown

WHITE BEAN DIP
- 2 cans of white bean of choice
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & Pep to taste
- Chili crisp drizzle for garnish

1. Rinse your white beans
2. Add beans, garlic, olive oil, S&P, and lemon juice to a food processor
3. Pulse & blend until smooth
4. Add to a serving dish and top with chili crisp & lemon zest ✨
