The Bobbers responded in the bottom half on a wild pitch to tie it at 1-1, and the score remained locked until the top of the sixth. That is when the Beach Bums exploded for six runs on four hits, highlighted by a towering three-run @minebaseball long ball to left field from Jair Flores to take control of the game. 🏖️ FINAL | Beach Bums 4, Bobbers 3 (8 Innings) The Beach Bums battled through extra innings and came away with a thrilling 4-3 victory over the Bobbers on Wednesday night. Tied 3-3 entering the eighth inning of the scheduled seven-inning contest, the Beach Bums capitalized on a Bobbers error to push across the go-ahead run and secure the win. Beach Bums jumped out early, scoring in the first inning when Gavin Stewart drove in a run with a groundout. Cam Bueno added another RBI groundout in the third as the Bums built a 2-0 lead. The Bobbers chipped away and eventually tied the game in the seventh when Andres Cruz delivered a clutch RBI double to send the game to extras. Kelchen finished with five strikeouts and consistently came through in the biggest moments to keep the game tied until the Beach Bums could reclaim the lead. I was close to writing this in English but…
