We are incredibly proud of all of our FXSU girls who graduated from @uniexecornwall and @falmouthuni this last week!

All of our graduates have been working incredibly hard to complete their degree alongside their commitments to the team. Believe it or not, between training, games and socials these girls were still pulling all nighters in the library! #discipline

Our club captain Phoebe graduated from the University of Falmouth with a BA in Photography. She did this alongside running all of our training sessions and being an all-round inspirational leader to all of our girls! Check out her photography @phoebeskrebs and you might spot some familiar faces!

Alongside her 2 years on the committee, Emmie achieved BSc in Human Sciences (Hons) under the department of Ecology and Conservation. She combined her love of football with her lifelong interest in social anthropology, conducting a cross-sectional study on cohesion in amateur women’s football for her final research project. A huge thank you to all the women within the Cornish Football League who completed the questionnaire and therefore contributed to the research earlier in the year. If anyone is interested in giving it a read, drop a message to @emmiehedges .

Our (possibly) youngest ever club president Emily! For two years she has single-handedly kept FXSU Ladies running. She worked within the @uoe_cges to achieve her bachelors degree in Environmental Science. I’m sure she will go on to do amazing things (wouldn’t be surprised if she goes on the save the world;))

Kat graduated from the Uni of Falmouth with a BA (Hons) in Music! We look forward to seeing her rock out with her guitar at some point in the future (on the big stage i’m sure!!!)

It was really lovely to see so many alumni travelling up to 6/7 hours and hundreds of miles to support their friends!

A huge well done to everybody who has played for FXSU throughout the last three years who graduated last week, including those who may not have played for us this season. We are so incredibly proud of you and so excited to see what comes next for you!

On Wednesday evening, some of our committee members had the honour of representing the club at the annual SU awards !

Although we may not have won our category ‘Sports Team of the Year’, to be shortlisted and make it to the final 3 of all of the sports clubs within the University of Exeter and the University of Falmouth is a huge achievement!

A huge congratulations to everyone involved with FXSU Ladies FC on such an amazing season! It’s always nice to receive some recognition for all the hard work that goes on at the club!

A huge thank you to @thesufalexe @supresidents for a lovely night out! We will see you again next year!💙💛

just like that the 25/26 season is over!
my first proper season as goalie, 4 clean sheets, and hopefully more to come 🍻

today was my last time playing football with 3 of the best girls I have ever met. (as they graduate this summer) it’s the end of an era, but definitely not goodbye. love you guys forever.
