It’s nice to post this cinnamon #babka after not posting for a while. I made this dough while having a #bakewithfriends day with @emmski24. Babka is a sweet bread that here, is swirled with cinnamon, caramel butter and a touch of cocoa powder for colour. Once baked, I have glazed it with stock syrup and topped it caramel streusel. It. Was. Amazing! I got the recipe from @kingarthurflour but used a special Polish flour #mąkapuszysta tortowa. It feels a lot like type 00 flour. Please do yourself a favour and make this at the weekend.

Another #behindthescenes from @sweet_course1! I got a request from @emmski24 to teach a class about Pecan Sticky Buns and buttery Cinnamon rolls. I have the best recipe involving a Japanese method called #tangzhong. It produces light and fluffy rolls that stay fluffy for days and I'm excited to share my knowledge on this. #stickybuns #pecan #saturdaymorning #baking Want more tasty recipes and baking techniques? 😋 follow👉@sweet_course1
