@emmy.m15 is playing college softball 🥎💜

Marian University got themselves a good one 🔥

Look at the numbers — acceleration up 2.18 mph, jump height up 3 inches. Every bit of that came from her showing up and doing the work when nobody was watching ⏱️📊

I’ve been fortunate to be part of her training and watching her go from Floyd Central to the college level has been one of the highlights of my year 🙏🏾

This is what happens when talent meets consistency. Proud of you, Emmy 💪

Now go compete 👀

Over 400 personal records on our timed runs this summer. Four hundred. Every sprint timed, every number tracked — that’s not a number I made up, that’s documented ⏱️📊 Full breakdown coming in a separate post

I’ve been coaching youth and adult athletes for over a decade now and I still feel like I’m just getting started. I’ve got miles to go, and I’ll keep sharpening my skills and expanding my knowledge to give you the absolute best I’ve got — because you deserve that 🙏🏾

📣 Savoy Sports Performance Mission:

We prepare middle, high school, and professional athletes to excel through expert coaching, detailed assessments, and innovative tools — with a focus on speed, strength, and agility.

Grateful every single day that this community lets me do this work. Fall season, let’s work 🏀⚾️⚽️🏈

(Also I apologize if your picture is not in here! I outsourced this flyer production and there so many of y’all!)

She is moved in! Shout out to the Marian Women’s Soccer team for all of the help unloading and getting everything to her room. Had lunch with Aunt Gail and Robin, quick run into Target for a few things we forgot. “Knighting” ceremony and we are officially empty nesters for at least a couple of weeks, only a few tears were shed. Have the best time, Em! ❤️
