POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Just got back to France, so I guess I'll start posting things from California. I rode a lot more than I thought I would, crashed more than I have in the last few years (a smart thing to do in a country with notoriously bad healthcare) hung out and rode some more with a bunch of amazing transsexuals, dykes and punx and cried a lot when time came to leave.
Till next time friends, and thanks again for the best times. I hope to be back soon 💜

Beautiful last ride for @ill_find_a_username_later !!! @dps45678 even had his pet Mantis on the ride with him!!! We thought we’d seen it all! Kyle made it out on that beautiful @blackmtncycles he picked up from us yesterday, and turns out it’s the perfect bike for a #FRIDAYLLEZride !!! Ava and @emoknieval were wearing the same socks today too, pretty damn cute, but their feet were extra hot! 🥵 Ava saw the DOOWYLLOH sign from the front and the back and it was backwards both times!!! 🤳🏻 Ave didn’t quite make it all the way to the top top, but got further than most on two occasions, so vegan donuts from @kettleglazed were in her future! We’re going to miss you @ill_find_a_username_later !!! You and the 🐐!!!

-We Can Pickle That (2026)-

The way my lungs open wider when I’m here, and how trees outnumber the complicated memories of 2017 and 2018
How the distinct smell of Powell’s reminds me of all the books my little human brain can’t retain or my measly time existing will not suffice to let me read them
How the culture has changed a bit because too much has happened and our world is in crisis - the whimsy has been dimmed
At least the weather is good right now. Bikes are out and summer has begun

This place was a magic tree world unlike anything I had ever seen
Such magic and whimsy sought feels like a gardened flower and stem
It grows back; and the tree dwellers here exhale new vibrating light brimmed
This is still a favorite place with its bikes and trees and whimsy, and my visits are not yet done
