Dallas, put this burger on your list immediately 🍔 🤤
@rambleroomsniderplaza

Rosewood Wagyu, an Empire Baking Co bun, and tiny crispy shoestring potatoes on top. The cheese sauce is the same one they use on their lobster mac and cheese 🧀 I’m still thinking about it. 💭

We also had the tuna tartare with light, crispy wonton chips, and the Caesar with a parmesan crisp. Save room for the butterscotch creme brulee, it comes topped with Cracker Jacks!!🍿

Date night, girls dinner, family dinner, it works for all of it. Gas lamps inside (I’m obsessed) and a comfortable, elevated yet still relaxed vibe 🕯️

Fun fact: owner Jon Alexis grew up in the neighborhood, and his first teenage job was at Kuby’s Sausage House, just steps away in Snider Plaza.

I’m already planning my return for this burger AND the brownie sundae 😮‍💨

Two things you may not know about #meatfight 2026? Sweets and sides are in the competition, too.

Sweet Fight will pit four amazing dessert spots against each other. Their competition category? Dipped!

In the Sideshow, four restaurants will compete to see whose sides reign supreme. The category: Stuffed. Just like you’ll be after all this amazing food.

Back by popular demand for the rest of summer ~ BIRRIA STEAK PANINI 😆🤤 A Tejano twist on the classic French dip—sirloin steak layered with pico de gallo, roasted tomatillo salsa, and melted mozzarella, pressed on killer ciabatta bread and served with house-made birria consommé for dipping.

🥁 *Drum Roll Please* 🥁 Our Bahn May is back, but with some serious flavor upgrades! Introducing Bahn May 2.0 — Roasted lemongrass pork with savory glaze, piled with house-pickled carrots + cucumber, bright cilantro and spicy mayo, all tucked into crusty ciabatta. Add some chili crisp for some additional flavor and a smidge of heat. It’s the classic Banh Mi - remixed May’s way.
