This year, I brought all my girls together and presented them with the idea of creating a showcase at @empiredancecamp . And not only did they make time for it during the summer, but we trained like crazy — we sweated, fell, got injured, laughed, cried, and most importantly, danced A LOT together, until we moved as one.

The final piece isn’t perfect, but it doesn’t have to be, because that was never the point. The point was to spotlight every single one of us, because we all have our own spark, and to show the energy we create as a whole.

So grateful for you girls, for a body that allows me to move, and for all the support I have around me.

fjords, cleo soul’s and jungle’s new albums, danish pastry, first hike, calm heart, the odyssey, burning passion for creating, yearn for human depth, sunburn, handwritten letters, healing nature, mango coconut sorbet, 3 dance camps, norway’s air, solo travelling, inner feeling that everything is right & hard work pays off.

had to post this one as well! 🌙 took two of @caetlynwatson’s classes and left feeling sooo inspired. the way she moves, and the way she teaches you to move smart and with intention, is truly incredible. I’ll forever remember this experience and everything I took from her classes.

and a big thank you to my body as well — I’ve been pushing my limits a little more every day, and somehow I keep surprising myself with what I’m capable of. this experience reminded me that our bodies can do so much when we approach them with the right intention, patience and mindset. ✨

so grateful for these moments, these lessons and everything dance continues to teach me. hungry for more.

When @mzckshtpy calls you out for a solo on the last day of @empiredancecamp … unreal.

Honored, hyped and beyond grateful for all the wisdom!
