So proud of our eldest and one of the youngest at Empower U this weekend, he threw himself into the whole experience 💯 Seeing him discover the power of personal growth, and having breakthroughs so he can take ownership of his choices and shape the life he wants. Priceless! 🙏💗🙌

I spent years silencing myself.

Too scared to put my hand up. Too scared to speak up. Convinced that nobody needed to hear what I had to say.

Then I realised, for everything I’ve been through, there is someone currently going through it.

That’s why I speak. That’s why I share. And that’s why I made this. Swipe through if you’ve ever held yourself back from saying something that mattered. 👇

And if someone needs to hear this 💌 send it to them.

2018: I let my fear of judgement hold me back 🤐
2025: I feel the fear and do it anyway 👊

People are going to judge you whether you try or don’t try. So you might as well try because then at least the people that do judge you won’t have the results that you want anyway.

I have had the opportunity to teach over over 3500 people across 6 cities in Australia, teaching life skills not taught at school.

If you are keen to join me on my journey as I learn and share my lessons along the way consider giving me a follow 🪴

I often forget just how far I have come in life.

I find myself comparing who I am today to who I was yesterday, instead of comparing my life to where it was 5 years ago.

I have realised that perspective breeds gratitude. For every moment, you can always look at it in two ways: as a service or a disservice.

My younger self would be so proud of who I have become ❤️

I learnt more from dropping out than from school 🫠

I’m not saying that you should drop out by any means. School did teach me that sometimes there are going to be things that you don’t want to do that you have to put your head down and get through.

However, when I left I felt like there were a lot of key lessons that I had to unlearn when adjusting to the real world. My friends and extended family were a little worried when I said that I was leaving school. “What about your education?” “How will you get into UNI?”

- I ended up starting my own videography business when I was 16. Filming corporate events and music videos for $100 per hour. Not shabby for a 16yr old ;)

- I got into the top film school in Australia (AFTRS)

- I learnt to use my voice that I had been suppressing for years and now I speak on stages across Australia.

And most importantly I would never make a different decision for my path. I hope that you find yours 🪴 Is there a friend that still needs to learn these lessons? Send this post their way and follow for more content ☀️

Thank you @empower_u_program 🙏🏽🙌🏽🫶🏽✨ for an impactful weekend for our teens ❤️‍🔥

70 teenagers coming together in Bali this weekend ✨

So grateful that they got to be part of this.. two very full days dedicated to connection, self-awareness, courage and discovering a little more of who they are… ❤️‍🔥

So moving seeing this many young people gathered in one space and being given the time, attention and encouragement to explore themselves, connect with one another and really feel what’s possible ❤️‍🔥

Grateful to everyone who has poured their energy into creating and holding this experience for them. Is is so needed. What a gift for our young humans ✨🌺🙏🏽🌺✨

The biggest dreams have the biggest struggles. There is no way to escape the pain that leads to growth. There is a reason why not everyone is jacked and a millionaire, it’s hard and uncomfortable. But that’s the beautiful thing, it’s your choice. It’s not just one choice, it’s 1000s of little choices. Choosing to show up when others would not will determine when/if you achieve your goals. My Mum gave me a framed quote that I still have in my room today, it reads “the difference between extraordinary and ordinary is just a little extra”.

It’s okay to have ups and downs as long as you come back to your why and keep going. You can do it 👊

Let’s face our fears together! Follow the journey 🪴

From the 100 kids I was thrown with at school, what are the odds that I would find my true friends? I quickly learnt that in order to find and keep friends I need to fit into a box that was created for me. I watched as the kids that didn’t fit in got picked on so I felt that this box was safe.

As soon as I left school I felt a sense of freeness. I started listening to new music and started dreaming big.

To this day I am still learning to embrace who I am and starting to listen to my heart.
