💚🖤 NORTH EAST SQUAD TRAINING ✅💚

Another fantastic regional training session at COAG today!

Elci and Lydia demonstrated brilliant improvements in their forward tumbling and close bar work, with a strong focus on body shapes, technique and building solid foundations for skill development. 💪🤸‍♀️

Great effort and progress from both girls! Keep up the hard work! 💚🖤

Mistakes happen. What you do next is trainable. 🧠

Take the breath. Reset. Refocus. Go again.

Because mental strength isn’t about being perfect. It’s about getting better at coming back.
