I’ve never really planned, I’ve always let life wash over me…which, I know isn’t for everybody…but it’s been pretty spectacular for me so far. I would not have all this life and all the joy without everyone along the way and I’m thrilled to continue this adventure working @marydelkpilatesandfitness.
Available for privates, and online until we meet again!
May your passion be your guide

I STILL NEED TO DO SOME OBSERVATION HOURS, BUT MY 500 HOUR TEACHER TRAINING IS BASICALLY A WRAP! WHAT A JOURNEY IT HAS BEEN. I’VE LEARNED SO MUCH, WORKED SO HARD, AND FEEL SO EMPOWERED TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN PEOPLE WHO WANT TO PURSUE MOVEMENT.

I tend to be unintentionally tough on spiral bound manuals. Pages rip, the protective covers come off. I write at an angle, which causes tears. I put my big girl energy and went to the UPS store- had them cut the spiral spine off and 3 hole punch the pages. Bought a large binder with sectional tabs, and it works great for me! Yay!

Foundation Training™️ Workshop

Low back pain doesn’t have to be something you simply live with. Foundation Training™, developed by chiropractor Dr. Eric Goodman(@ericgoodmanft ), is a renowned movement method designed to address the root causes of back pain by strengthening the posterior chain and restoring healthy movement patterns. In this two-hour workshop, Casey Canino will guide you through the fundamentals of Foundation Training, teaching you the key exercises and principles you need to practice confidently at home. You’ll leave with practical tools to relieve tension, build resilience, and work your way out of back pain for good.
