Passing the trainer… and a whole lot of love 🥹👟🤍

From one of Empower’s very first clients to our first additional teacher, @lucieskeldon has been such a special part of our story.

Over the last two years, she’s poured so much love into Beginners Commercial. Helping women find their feet, grow in confidence and feel like they belong. To everyone who’s walked into her class feeling nervous and left feeling a little more themselves, you’ll know just how much that means 🫂

Lucie, we’re so proud of you as you take on this next chapter of your career. You’ve given so much to everyone else in our spaces, and we’re excited for you to enjoy some time dancing for yourself again alongside us. 🥳

You’ll always be part of this family. Thank you for believing in Empower from the beginning and helping shape what it is today. We love you 🤍

@empowerwithbeth… the trainer is yours. We know you’ll bring so much love to this next chapter of Beginners Commercial and we can’t wait to watch this beautiful class continue to flourish under your leadership✨

This might shock you...

1. A friend to come with - you might arrive solo, but you’ll be part of our community in no time.
2. To look a certain way - every body belongs on our dancefloor 🤍
3. Dance experience - everyone starts somewhere, and we welcome all levels.
4. To justify taking time for yourself - you deserve that time, simply because you do.
5. To own expensive dance gear - wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.
6. Perfect coordination - we’re here to learn, move and have fun, not get every step right.
7. Confidence - come exactly as you are and we will build it as you go.

Want proof? Book your class and we’ll show you ❤️‍🔥

Lovedddd redoing birthday cake last night at @empowerwithbeth’s class 🎂❤️‍🔥

And look at the growth! ✨

Since starting intermediate classes in March 2025, the growth in my dancing has been huge.

And in the last 5 months, it’s really come through in the way I perform a dance routine in intermediate classes.

The classes that used to scare me, so I’d avoid them because I’d say “there’s no way I’d pick that up”.

The classes that were wayyyy out my comfort zone but I threw myself into last year.

Now, I pick them up every time and I’m able to perform it too, with the levelled up confidence I’ve gained from doing these classes on the regular ✨

One of the best things I’ve ever done was making dancing for ME a weekly non-negotiable 💃

The confidence, growth & joy from dancing for me weekly has been huge. Dance is just the best! ❤️

Thank you for doing what you do Beth 🥰
