'Out Of The Black' claimed 2 of 3 awards at last night's @naturefestivalsa Film Awards!

Adelaide Hills vineyard owners Annabelle and James spent twenty years cultivating the perfect vine at Tilbrook Estate. In 2019, the Cudlee Creek bushfire razed everything to the ground. It was all gone. We follow Annabelle and James along with others who fought at the front lines of the destruction as they rebuild all that was lost.

In a heart-warming story of community, resilience, and hope, 'Out Of The Black' navigates our relationship with nature, and how we experience its beauty and destruction and ultimately coexist within a sustainable ecosystem.

While all the attention has been on the cellar door build, the vineyard has been quietly doing its own magical thing over the last few weeks.
.
Green shoots just so good to see. While not uniform, substantial parts of the vineyard are showing new growth.
.
So many thanks has to go to Phil Earl, whose expert viticultural guidance and general hard work has been so crucial to making all this happen.

To all the immediate post fire volunteer pruning teams, all those who helped restore the irrigation, the winter pruning team and @infield_ag who are expertly helping to get the vineyard post and trellis infrastructure back in place, Thank you 🙏 🙏
