A day to be proud of! 🥇

Our kids and coaches showed the true spirit of BJJ. Months of hard work were on display, and the results spoke for themselves.

Congratulations to everyone who competed. Win or lose, you represented our academy with heart. Special respect to our coach who reminded us that leadership is about showing up and setting the example. 💙🥋

To everyone @lucianocristovamacademy we wanted to take a moment to say THANKYOU from the bottom of our hearts ❤️🤍🖤 what a journey it's been!
After three and a half years with the club, it is impossible to put into words just how much this place has meant to SJ and to our family. You didn't just teach him Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, you all helped shape the young person he is becoming!

There were days when he didn't want to come to training and would often cry on the mats, but thanks to your patience, encouragement, and belief in him, those feelings soon turned into a genuine love for the sport! You taught him discipline, resilience, respect, confidence, and strength, lessons that will stay with him for the rest of his life, both on and off the mats! More than that, you created an environment where friendships were born and then they became family, and that is something we will always treasure.
Although he has now joined a new club to continue his BJJ journey, Luciano Cristovam Academy will always be where that journey truly began, you all helped create the foundation. The memories, the lessons, the laughter, the challenges, and every achievement along the way will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Thank you to every coach, teammate, and family member at the club for your kindness, support, guidance, and unwavering belief in him. You have made a lasting impact that words can never fully express 😢

Thank you for everything you've done not just for our SJ and Arialla, but for every child who walks through your doors ❤️🤍🖤 FOREVER GRATEFUL

Iron sharpens iron and on these mats, coaches sharpen each other.

Coach João is refining a position with Coach Miles while Professor Luciano guides every detail. No matter the belt, no matter the title, the pursuit of growth never stops.

The best coaches never stop being students. They keep their art sharp so they can pass on the highest level of Jiu-Jitsu to everyone who steps on the mat.

In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, mastery isn’t a destination it’s a lifelong journey of learning, refining, and evolving.

3 FIGHTS 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 3 SUBMISSION 🔥🔥🔥 AND SJ WALKED HOME WITH THE GOLD TODAY 🥇 ALHAMDULILLAH 🤲🏽 2 wins by Neck choke from guard and 1 win by arm bar! @313fitnessofficial @313leytonmartialarts PROUD is an UNDERSTATEMENT!

All the hard work he has been putting in especially over that last 6 weeks had paid off! BJJ training 6 days a week, spliting his time between 2 gyms, travelling over 1 hour to essex for hard sparing and comp training, perfecting his techniques and knowledge and building his core strength at calisthenics work outs in his spare time 💪🏽

Having the control to stay calm and humble but knowing when to switch it on and light up that fire 🔥 inside is amazing to see👏🏽 The dedication to improve and keep going is admirable!

As always a big thankyou and shoutout to all his coaches and training partners at @lucianocristovamacademy and @checkmatessex thankyou for helping him at every session to perfect his skill and increase his knowledge! Thankyou @beat_sports999 for your support 🤍
