My first EMS full body workout! 20 minutes personalized with a trainer and intense, in a good way! Excited for EMS to You and their founder @vanessa_barnett_89 and the entire group behind this Company. #emsworkout #EMStoYou #fitnesslife

I’m always looking for new ways to invest in my health, fitness, and overall wellness…so when I had the opportunity to experience Whole-Body EMS training with @ems.to.you , I couldn’t wait to give it a try. ✨

In just 20 minutes, specialized equipment delivered low-frequency electrical impulses that activated multiple muscle groups simultaneously, creating a workout experience unlike anything I’ve tried before. 💪🏼

One of the coolest things? EMS can benefit so many people, including:
✨ Athletes
👑 Those training toward personal goals (pageant prep for me!)
🤍 Postpartum moms
💪🏼 Older adults looking to maintain strength
🌿 Anyone looking to support their overall wellness

Huge thank you to Jenny and the entire EMS To YOU team for such a fun experience!🤍

They’re currently exploring bringing EMS To YOU to the Laredo & San Antonio area! If you’d like to learn more, send me a message or reach out to them directly, and don’t forget to mention my code ANISSA. 🙌🏻

Always saying yes to experiences that help me become stronger, healthier, and the best version of myself. 💖
