This is not your regular breathwork.

We go deep.

Deep into the self, into the breath, into life and our connection to it.

Connection to the Earth — how She loves and holds us.
Connection to the Body — the vessel for our spirit… our Home.
Connection to the Heart — our message center for Truth … for love, compassion and forgiveness.
Connection to the Great Mystery — our belonging to and support by Spirit/Universe/Creator/the Ancestors/the Unseen.

An inspired evocative musical score helps to move the energy through each individual as well as the group container.

In addition to the sound, my job is to cultivate a space conducive to the feeling of safety, support and love — so that this depth of surrender is possible.
As the real magic happens in this state of surrender and receptivity.

It has been an honour to guide in this way.

This footage is from the Breathe ceremony at @sonicspringsfestival , where 45 beautiful souls showed up for themselves on Sunday morning (even after the all-night party!).
It was such a powerful experience, with a palpable catharsis as the rains came to soften and cleanse.

I felt so held by the lands, fully supported by Spirit, and have been riding this galvanizing wave ever since as I have felt my medicine deepen.

If you’re ready to experience it for yourself …
Upcoming Breathe ceremonies:

- Friday, October 9th in Toronto at @hansawellness
- Saturday, October 24h in Montreal at @pleinsoleil.club
- Friday, November 13th in Toronto at @hansawellness

This time last year was one of my favourite core memories ever 🌞

May 27, 2025 was the closing ceremony of my first solo art exhibition at @wildseedcentre

Afterwards, we gathered outside at the mural I painted across the street. We celebrated, danced, played, and shared joy together. It was truly one of my favourite core moments of my life as an artist ✨

This day gave me a glimpse of what art is truly capable of: bringing people together, filling streets with life, and creating the kind of freedom and connection that grows so naturally from the rich soil of shared joy.

So much gratitude to everyone who shared their magic to co-create this beautiful moment and community 🌞

46 humans, one shared space, and a whole lot of magic ✨

This past Wednesday we celebrated 3 years of Colours in Contact with a blindfold jam that invited deep listening, trust, and connection. What unfolded was something really special.

There were moments of stillness, moments of surprise, and then… we spontaneously let loose once it was done. Music up, bodies moving, shaking out the sillies, doing the zoomies, dancing hard and free together 🎉

We shared food, gifts, laughter, presence, and certainly felt the warmth of this awesome community. Thank you to everyone who came to celebrate with us 💜

Here’s to another great year ahead! 🥂

🗓️ Save the date for our next blindfold jam + potluck: Wednesday, April 22 from 6:30-11 pm at 805 Dovercourt Rd
