“Find out who you are and do it on purpose.”
And while you’re at it, “Don’t get so busy making a living that you forget to make a life.”
We love the wisdom, love, faith, philanthropy and legacy Dolly left behind. 🩷
Do what matters.
Love the people around you.
Make the memories.
Live it on purpose.

July was so good to me.

I seriously never want to forget nights like this. I manifested these VIP tickets and I literally have proof because before we even knew we won, I told my sister we were going. Put it on the calendar like we already won and I just KNEW, deep in my soul, we were going to this show.

And then I freaking won. ✨

One of our favorite country singers, @jordandavisofficial at the top of Snow King @kingconcertsjh with my sista?! VIP food, drinks, tickets… all of it. And ANY concert at the top of Snow King is a yes for me. I freaking love this venue! 🏔️🤠

And then randomly meeting @emsky14 on the eve of her wedding?! Congrats gorgeous. 🤍 Your love story is a reminder to me to NEVER settle. Ever.

I don’t know… life has just felt really freaking good lately.

So many random adventures. So many “there’s no way that just happened” moments. So many things I’ve believed were coming before I had any proof they were.

I’m just really in love with my life right now. And I think that’s worth documenting. Never forgetting this night or the magic of it all. ✨

July… you were so damn good to me. 🫦✌🏼

My best girl got married last week! And I had the honored to give a toast and when I stood up to do that, the words left me and I didn’t read what I wrote so I’ll leave it right here.

For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Jen, one of the lucky people who gets to call Emily my friend.

Emily came into my life at just the right time, and I don’t think that’s been by accident.

Anyone who knows her knows she loves deeply, laughs loudly, and somehow makes every adventure more fun. She’s the kind of person who will hype you up, make you feel beautiful, and convince you that whatever questionable idea you’re considering is absolutely the right one. She’s sunshine and chaos in the very best way.

I’ve had the privilege of seeing Emily in so many seasons of life the hard ones, the joyful ones, and all the messy, magical moments in between. And I can honestly say I’ve never seen her as happy as she is today.

Jason, thank you for keeping up with our girl. That’s no small task she’s equal parts magic, adventure, and just enough chaos to keep life interesting. And I hope you’ve learned by now that when Emily says she has a quick story, what she actually means is she has seven stories and they’re all important. And she’ll be laughing her way through trying to tell you.

Thank you for loving all the things that make Emily, Emily. You never ask her to be less you just seem to love her more for it.

The thing about Emily is she’s always believed in magic a little bit in timing, in adventure, and in the kind of love she always knew was out there. And watching the two of you together, it feels like your story was written in the stars long before either of you knew it. Well actually, both knew it.

So here’s to a lifetime of laughter, beautiful adventures, and choosing each other again and again.

To Emily and Jason. Cheers.🥂 love you 😘

Words can’t fully express what it was like to photograph this stunning, intimate day. With the Tetons in the background, horses in the pasture, all surrounding a family celebrating the love of Emily + Jason. And their love was so beautiful to witness. Thank you for letting me be apart of something so special, congratulations @emsky14 + @jggates777 ✨
