When we told them we’d put their gear to the test, you’ve gotta assume this is exactly what they meant, right?

Always a blast shooting with the fun folks from @arcteryxtoronto , and we’re happy to take any excuse to soak ourselves in a waterfall.

I truly can’t describe how cool it feels to belong to the @arcteryxtoronto community 🤗 At the beginning of March, I got to meet some of the most interesting, talented, and driven people at the Arc’teryx Ambassador Summit. The hike was only mildly treacherous due to the mud, but I felt invincible with these folks by my side (and I looked great too 😜).

As most of you know, I co-founded a grassroots organization called @upliftkitchento 3 years ago and it has opened so many doors to dope opportunities since then. Meeting the team in 2020 at the Queen St store for their collaboration with @bettergiftshop was the start of something truly beautiful. I’m so happy that they’ve kept me on as an ambassador for almost 3 years and keep me looking fly year after year ✌🏾

Earlier this month, we gathered our retail team members and ambassadors across the region to host the very first Toronto Ambassador Summit. ⁣
⁣
Familiar and new faces came together for a hike along Rattlesnake Point to reflect and celebrate all the achievements our region has accomplished for our community this year. We’re beyond excited to have such a diverse team of ambassadors for 2023 and look forward to all the amazing events, projects, and activations happening in the near future. ⁣
⁣
Make sure to stay posted on our socials to see what’s coming next for our region! ⁣

I’ve always found it funny that the most common question I get is actually not even a fitness question:

“I’m not a mom, can you still train me?”

Learning to be a health-conscious mom through four babies was the fuel for my personal fitness journey, but I’ve always trained men, non-binary individuals, women who aren’t moms, and seniors too!

To make this clear, I put together a new website: getfitwithgaya.com. It focuses on convenient in-home training for anyone, no matter your age or gender or fitness level.

Working with me is a great option for those working from home, or wanting to reach fitness goals using whatever equipment (if any) you have access to. No travel or gym memberships needed, because I come to you – either in-person or online.

Reach out for a FREE first session via my new site (link in bio). I’d love to work with you!
