Italian Wine Dinner @zambrisrestaurant with @worldwinesynergy @sorellebroncawines @casaledelgiglio @chiaracondello @southfire.ca

Hospitality at its best, makes you feel something.

This dinner at Zambri’s last year was one of those nights. A room brought together by a love of Italian wine — and what unfolded was exactly what I hope for every event: open curiosity, real conversation & genuine warmth.

Getting to meet @antonellabronca, @elise.rialforg and @chiaracondello — reminded me why we do this. Brilliant and even better humans. Down-to-earth, generous with their stories, and so clearly driven by something deeper than the bottle.

The @zambrisrestaurant team was flawless. The kind of hospitality that anticipates — where the timing, the pace, the details all just land. Like a perfect orchestra in full swing.

This is what I live for. Not just the wine, the food, the details — but that feeling in a room when everyone has, for a few hours, let go of everything else and just connected.

Here’s to the nights that stay with you 🥂
