✨ Brunch at En Bruto, Madrid ✨ We stopped by En Bruto for brunch, a few matchas, and some time with friends. The space is lovely, and we loved that it’s pet-friendly! Some things stood out more than others, so here’s our honest review: BIKINI SANDWICH 🥪 A delicious choice and one of our favorites from what we ordered. Simple and satisfying! 8/10. MEDITERRANEAN SHAKSHUKA 🍳 We would have preferred the eggs a little more cooked, so this one wasn’t quite our favorite. 7/10. TURKISH PLATTER 🍽️ It was okay, but again, the eggs were a little too runny for our liking. Probably not something we’d order again. 7/10. PASSION FRUIT LEMONADE 🍋 Refreshing and very natural-tasting. A lovely drink to go with brunch! 8/10. COCONUT CLOUD MATCHA 🥥🍵 The highlight of our visit! Absolutely delicious and the one thing we’d definitely come back for. 10/10. ALMOND MILK MATCHA 🍵 This one wasn’t for us. We’d skip it next time and go straight for the coconut cloud. 5/10. We had mixed feelings about the shared tables. They could be a fun way to meet people, but with our neighbors already eating while we were still ordering, it felt a little awkward. For us, it seems like a better setup to enjoy with a bigger group of friends. Overall, we’d give En Bruto a 7.5/10. We’d come back for the coconut cloud matcha and to try the pancakes, which looked so good! ✨

Such a fun experience at En Bruto Madrid! We did an Italian cooking class with Chef Gean Sallas, who made everything super fun, interactive, and easy to follow. We learned how to prepare the dishes from scratch and got to enjoy everything we made afterwards. I loved that you get to interact with the other people in the class and make the whole experience feel really social and relaxed. They also offer different cuisines, including Peruvian, Japanese and more, so there are plenty of options to try. Such a fun and different plan to do in Madrid, especially if you love food and trying new experiences!
