PS:
This annoying Illusion of gender.

I think illusions are an amazing skill. Making fantasy to reality is a powerful tool to make dreams real.

But hurting, hating or insulting someone for a mankind old illusion is in my opinion absolutely unnecessary cruel.

XY pairs please stop to discuss and explain about genderrules and start to educate with what’s missing in societys male socialization. Empathy, resilience, communication and self reflection got no gender type. Start beeing good humans instead of good men. And I know beeing shamed as men for emotions is still really usual but that is nonsense and makes hurting or suffering not better.

Emotions are important to understand and fulfill your needs.
Crying is good for your health and recovers your body from stress.
And life is easier if you understand your and other ones brain, feelings, wishes and meanings.

Bad communication brings misunderstandings and unnecessary fights.

Bad resilience makes problems worse and takes more energy.

Bad empathy creates a bad society with bad behavior and bad environment.

Bad self reflection slows and stops growing.

And I’m not the only person who is absolutely annoyed of guys..

..who are so insecure that they need a group to prove there ego while searching for victims, to feel not like the smallest one in the room.

..who are so insecure and bad in communication that they find no other way then violence or dominance to get control about a conversation.

..who are so unreflected and understand their feelings and needs so bad that their anger, fear and desire bursts irrational through impulsiv behavior.

It’s sounds like a joke that we call it “act like a man” and “don’t cry like a girl” bc from my perspective there is no question which group carry’s more weight with strength and which group challenges more with fear, feelings and drama.

The Illusion I’m talking about is confusing self made gender-rules with law. Your gender does not create your personality your socialization does.

So instead of being a gender, I will just be a good and caring human. It’s free and makes life a lot more enjoyable^^

Lots of running related things, lots of support and showing up for friends!

In the last two weeks I once again noticed how proud I am of the people in my life! From seeing clothes designed by @enchanted.han in a show, to seeing @kiraheejungkim in the Highsnobiety store and of course everyone from the @loadberlin family who ran past me during the Berlin marathon!

To many more exciting moments shared with people I love 🥰
