It’s so easy for goalies to be left on an island…⁣
⁣
Not here. 👩🏼‍🎤⁣
⁣
Goalies make the world go round and we spoil ours with individual attention every practice. 🤍⁣
⁣
Goalie footwork is so important!! They are always in a set ready stance and then as soon as they make that save they need to pop and hunt that clear option. ⁣
⁣
Rep that footwork speed from save, to pop and shop over and over. ⁣
⁣
Drill:⁣
⁣
Roll the ball to your goalie to save, have them pop and shop. Once they have the rhythm down have them throw a clearing pass to the rebounder. Repeat, repeat, repeat!! 🥍⁣
