@ency_abedin spills the tea on her Sunday hair oiling ritual ☕

This is the routine that's been giving her those thick, shiny results

🤎 Start with the Blend Essentials brush – gently brush through to wake up your scalp and open those follicles so everything absorbs better

🤎 3 dropperfuls of Rosemary EverGrow Oil – massage it into your scalp, this is where the growth magic happens

🤎 1 dropperful of Batana Oil on your mids and ends – because length retention is just as important as new growth

🤎 Blend Essentials scalp massager – work it all in with circular motions, feels amazing and makes sure every drop gets where it needs to go

Let it soak in for a few hours (you can do this while cleaning, working, exercising or just existing), then wash it out like normal.

Your hair will thank you 🤎

Last years New York trip gives me all the good vibes 🥹🫶🏼 these next couple months will be so different, a lot more home a lot more cocooning, preparing, nesting. Hahah expect a lot of home content, is it too early for the Christmas tree? I know the answer is yes 😂

ladies and gentlemen, my bridal party 🌟

they are just as golden on the inside as they are on the outside

I can confidently say that I have the world’s greatest friends, and it’s one of my favorite flexes. Every one of these special people showed up to each wave of my wedding era with powerful positivity, unequivocal support, and an abundance of love without a complaint or drop of drama in sight. I might sound like I’m exaggerating but I’m literally not 😂 they’re perfect. A bride’s dream group.

And then there’s my maid of honor. My best friend, my Leo twin, my golden goddess, @jackybskincare 💜 This girl took the role of MOH to a whole new level & impressed everyone around her. Everything she did took my breath away, and her speech left me speechless. The way Jacky loves is like no other love. It’s that of a mother, a sister, a therapist, and what a girl could only dream a best friend would be like. I didn’t lift a finger in planning or organizing any part of my wedding events because Jacky was right there begging to step into her role and take charge, with a smile & making everyone laugh while she’s at it. I couldn’t have imagined a better MOH even if I tried.

Thank you to my incredible best friends, and thank you Jacky for being at the forefront of reasons why I thank God every day for this life.

🤍🕊️

extra but wholesome: the bachelorette weekend straight from my dreams 🤍

Friday: the theme of the night was Girls Gone Mild 😴 we started the weekend off arriving at the house to open our goodie bags, get massages, put on our matching pajamas & skincare 🧖🏽‍♀️

Saturday morning: I led us all through a mat Pilates workout (my fave thing to teach) in our cute @lskd outfits, followed by a delicious brunch courtesy of chef @alficooks 🍳
we spent hours in the sun just hanging out by the pool, giggling, roasting, and learning how to “Persian dance” to get ready for the wedding 😉

Saturday night:
in honor of this being the Met Gala weekend and because I just looove to dress up, the theme of night was THE MEL GALA 💃🏽
We were hooked up with a red carpet & ropes from @distinctive_es so everyone could have their red carpet moment, all dressed up for funsies, followed by dancing & sushi 🥰 No tequila shots, no penis straws, no nonsense. Every single one of my best friends is a ride or die incredible, loving, respectable, genuine, and supportive person in my life & I can confidently say I am the luckiest girl in the world to have people like these in my inner circle. Not to mention they came CORRECT to the occasion & served looks hot enough to melt steel!!

Sunday morning: we got a good night’s sleep, and woke up to go for a HGW (hot girl walk) in our comfy @splits59 track sets before we parted ways 🤍

Shout out to the most amazing maid of honor a girl could ask for, @jackybskincare — she bossed up & planned the whole weekend to a T & handled all the biz like she was born to do this. All with love, and all with grace. You’re the best JB💜

tbh I’m still overwhelmed from all the Bach weekend content & idk if this carousel had even an ounce of flow to it but expect more to come from more specific highlights 😂
