The fitness industry doesn’t need more coaches, it needs more educated ones.

Too many cowboys walking around calling themselves experts because they look good shirtless, lift heavy or have a decent Instagram following.

Their coaching methodology? Copy what they do and hope it works for everyone else.

No individualisation. No understanding of the person. No real depth of knowledge.

Just ego dressed up as expertise.
Then you’ve got people who openly mock qualifications and studying, as if being uneducated is something to be proud of.

Funny how people who refuse to invest in their own education expect others to invest their health, money and trust in them.

Studying takes time. Education costs money. Being challenged means admitting you don’t know everything.
Some people would rather take the shortcut and pretend they’ve already figured it all out.

Your training experience doesn’t automatically make you a good coach. Being fit doesn’t make you qualified to coach everyone. And having clients doesn’t mean you’re actually good at your job.

My qualifications don’t mean I know everything. They mean I’ve put in the work to learn my craft.
And I’ll NEVER stop studying, learning or questioning what I know.

Because the day you think you know everything is the day you become the exact coach your clients should be worried about.

Stop taking shortcuts and start earning the title.

I wonder how many coaches/influencers selling programs would be willing to post their qualifications online? 🤔
