Improve your posture instantly with this quick mantra✨
•
"Hug the chub" is a cue I keep coming back to, and I like that it puts something to use that is otherwise tempting to judge and not like about ourselves.
•
If you love this, take it! If you don't, leave it!
•
Do you feel the difference with using the cue?👇🏻

Did you know that we have fitness classes at wellOK? Energetic motion Studio comes to Wellok to host their classes and events! Be sure to follow them but also I wanted to share the new calendar. They just changed a few of their class times and you’ll need to book through them. Also, they have a really fun event coming up called burlesque night on June 12! They’ve been doing this annually for as long as I can remember and it’s always a great time and a great way to make friends!

I thought I’d be back to “normal” within two weeks of having my baby- I was so wrong🙈😄
•
I’m 6 months out, but honestly very close to my normal strength and am getting stronger everyday.
•
The hardest stance for me is this wide second position; my hip flexors must have suffered some serious strain during pregnancy/birth🥴
•
But I’m reminding myself that where there’s challenge, there’s change, so I’m embracing all the discomfort in “putting myself back together.”
•
No matter where you are on your journey, simply MOVING the key.
•
Share with me your favorite movements in this season of your routine!🤍

My first baby is 5 years old🥳💓 My local fitness studio @energeticmotionstudio
•
I always knew I wanted to start a studio to teach fitness and help people in my own way, on my terms. I felt the nudge to start it during the height of the pandemic, which I can only credit to God for opening the right doors for me during that time.
•
I’ve learned many important lessons over the last few years; the sort of lessons you can only learn through experience..😅 It’s been hard, but FUN! Stressful, but REWARDING.
•
I know this next chapter will flourish for EMStudio, and I’m so grateful for every person that has played a part in what we’re doing. Thank you to all my amazing clients and teachers; cheers to another year of group fitness!🥂
•
Special thanks to @hitchbybillie for coming out to help us celebrate!! If you’re local, visit @energeticmotionstudio for more or send me a message to find where you fit!
•
I saved the best pic for last, btw😉
