Third Crown of the Year 👑

After already two national titles this year, yesterday I could secure my third one of the year.

It was not perfect but really nice to try everything once more before I will fly to Duathlon World Championships in 4 weeks.

Now I just need to put the cherry on top of the cake in terms of my shape and then I’m ready for my first professional World Champs, to give this crazy year a perfect farewell.

Nice weekend on the short distance with @triteamguetersloh
Greatful for the experience and learnings. It was the first time racing in the Second Bundesliga and I didn’t know how I would perform over that distance, but I kinda surprised myself again, like already very often this year.
I could take the tape after a long chase but it was definitely not easy…
I definitely like this kind of pain and it was way too much fun…

Unfortunately I can’t race another one this year but we see us again next year 🙃🚀

Now back to one more Middledistance race in 2 weeks

It is Race week, for the first time, I will start at the second Bundesliga with @triteamguetersloh this weekend

First experience of a sprint distances race on the road bike, but I’m looking forward to this new experience and how it will go…

I don’t know how strong the competition is and I don’t know what the tactic is but I know that I will go full gas for 1 hour!

Today, I restarted my training after a chilled last week with a lot of travel and easy days.
I have two more Triathlons this year, which will be my first Sprint distance race of the year and @challengesamarkand in Uzbekistan.

Ready to start the work and happy to be finally pain free again after my knee problems over the last months.

New chapter. 🚀

Yesterday was a stellar day and one more @challengefamily race is waiting for me this season.

One more middle distance and one more chance to show what I’m capable of!

Yesterday gave me so much confidence in my capabilities, I always struggled a lot to admit that I’m maybe good enough for this…
For the first time I woke up today and wanted to race directly again 🙃

Just give me the time I need 🚀

Now off to Germany after 4 weeks of racing and training in Sweden and Finland.

5 weeks of training till the next race!
