#FoodBrasil #SupplySideGlobal #RumoASupplySide #TendenciasDeIngredientes #SaudeCerebral

This might be one of the most interesting athlete-focused pre-workouts I’ve tried this year⚡️ C4 Alpha Bomb Sport definitely takes a different approach to energy, performance, and focus, and there’s one part of the formula that really stood out to me. Would you use this before training? 👀 #c4energy #preworkout #gymtok #athleteperformance #supplementreview

After decades in supplements, I've learned the ingredient matters... but the form matters just as much. 1. Creatine → Pürest Creatine™ Creatine monohydrate is one of the most studied supplements ever, but purity matters. Low quality creatine can contain residual contaminants like DCD, DHT, and excess creatinine. 2. Leucine → DL 185® Leucine is one of the key amino acids for triggering muscle protein synthesis and recovery. 3. Alpha-GPC → GeniusPure® Alpha-GPC supports acetylcholine production tied to focus, cognition, and power output, but raw material quality varies a lot. 4. Salidroside → SalidroPure™ Most Rhodiola products are standardized broadly, while salidroside appears to be one of the key compounds tied to stress resilience and fatigue support. 5. Magnesium → Glycinate or Magtein® Magnesium glycinate is great for sleep and nervous system support. Magnesium threonate (Magtein) is especially interesting for cognition and brain health. 6. Ergothioneine → MitoPrime® One of the most underrated longevity nutrients in my opinion because of its unique role in mitochondrial and antioxidant support. 7. Vitamin D → D3 + K2 oil form Vitamin D functions more like a hormone precursor, and oil based forms generally absorb better. 8. Berberine → Dihydroberberine (GlucoVantage®) Standard berberine works, but poor absorption and GI distress are common. Dihydroberberine improves this significantly, 5x better bioavailability, up to 20x greater plasma exposure, and 2x longer lasting. 9. Energy → Paraxanthine (enfinity®) Many people report smoother energy and focus with fewer jitters compared to caffeine. 10. Multivitamin → methylated Bs + organic minerals Better forms tend to be utilized more efficiently, especially for people with methylation related genetic differences. I care a lot about bioavailability, purity, stability, and real physiological outcomes at this point in my career. Persistent fatigue affects about 1 in 5 adults. Fatigue isn't one problem with one solution. Not getting enough sleep, pushing hard in the gym, and chronic stress can all leave you feeling exhausted, but they don't affect your body the same way. That's why the supplements that may help depend on what's causing the fatigue... - Poor sleep may call for nutrients that support sleep quality and circadian rhythm - Long or intense training increases your need for recovery and energy production - Chronic stress can change how you feel both mentally and physically Fatigue can also be related to low iron, vitamin B12 deficiency, thyroid disorders, sleep apnea, medications, depress!on, and many other medical conditions. If it's persistent or unexplained, it's worth talking with your healthcare provider. What's the biggest reason you feel tired most often? #energyoptimization #supplements #humanperformance #stressresilience #biohacking PMID: 17215708 PMID: 20669438 PMID: 25975676

A supplement can have all the right ingredients and still be a poor formula?! Choosing ingredients is only one part of formulation... The form, the dose, how ingredients work together, and even what gets left out all influence the final product. Those are the things I look at before deciding whether a supplement is worth taking. Is there anything you disagree with? #supplements #nutrition #health #evidencebased #biohacking
