Lately, I’ve been thinking less about “what looks good”and more about what actually does good.

I’ve been asking myself “What are we actually leaving behind?”

Not just the buildings, but the impact, the intention, the example.

That’s what this is about.
Building, creating, and leaving something meaningful behind.

Not just building for today, but for everyone who comes after us.

That’s the kind of work that matters.

Adventure has always been part of my nature. I’ve spent years following my sense of wonder—exploring the world, discovering beauty everywhere, and feeling alive in nature’s playground. 🌎💫.

It’s in those moments of awe and adrenaline that I feel most alive and connected to something greater than myself.

Now, experiencing these adventures through the eyes of my little Morrison babes brings an even deeper sense of purpose. We’re more aware than ever of how our actions impact the world around us and we’re learning, together, how to live with more intention, curiosity, and care for the planet that gives us so much.

My time at The Canyons Zip Line & Adventure Park in Ocala with @EngineeringParadise captured that spirit perfectly. What was once an abandoned limestone quarry has been transformed into a breathtaking eco-adventure park… A true trash-to-treasure story. 🌿

It’s a reminder that joy, courage, and sustainability can coexist beautifully when we choose to live in harmony with the earth.

I’m still carrying the magic of Rainbow Springs with me. 🤍

💧✨Gliding through crystal-clear waters, discovering hidden coves, and soaking in the simple joy of paddleboarding and swimming reminded me just how vital it is to reconnect, with nature and with ourselves.

Being immersed in this living ecosystem was a gentle awakening to how every choice we make ripples outward.

This is what @engineering_paradise is all about: highlighting these interconnections and inspiring us to live in harmony with the earth while embracing the wonder and play that keep us grounded. 🌿

Moments like this leave me energized and deeply grateful, knowing that caring for the planet is also an act of caring for our own well-being. Stay tuned— there’s more beauty to come. 💚

Gliding across the glassy waters of Rainbow Springs State Park felt like stepping into another world. The sunlight danced across the surface, the water was so clear it was like floating through air, and every bend revealed a hidden sanctuary cradled in nature’s arms. 🌿✨

Being here was a powerful reminder of the importance of play, presence, and immersing ourselves in the beauty that sustains us. These springs aren’t only magical to experience; they’re vital ecosystems that filter our waters, shelter wildlife, and invite us to reconnect with something greater than ourselves.

That’s what @engineering_paradise is here to celebrate: places where people and nature thrive together, and the choices each of us can make to engineer our own paradise. 💚

Stay tuned for the next highlight— this journey is just beginning!

Jacksonville, you were such a beautiful surprise. ✨

From the eclectic treasures of Midnight Sun to the soothing sanctuary of The Emerald Tea House, every moment felt like an invitation to pause, connect, and attune. Knowing that ‘Eli & Anna’s home will be filled with pieces from Midnight Sun made the visit feel like stepping into the living heartbeat of Engineering Paradise. 💫

What struck me most was how these spaces wove together inner reflection and outer impact—through tarot, yoga, sound baths, and even meals at Rue Saint-Marc, where sustainability meets artistry and deliciousness by sourcing from local farms. 😋

It’s a reminder that when communities choose care and collaboration, everything comes full circle. 🌍💚

Stay close! This journey is just unfolding, and there’s so much more to share with @Engineering_Paradise. 😃🙌🏽

I’m still carrying the energy from our stop in Jacksonville with @Engineering_Paradise. 🤍

This visit was an invitation to turn inward—to remember that caring for the planet begins with caring for ourselves.

At Midnight Sun, with its eclectic, nature-inspired treasures, and at The Emerald Tea House, I found moments of reflection and connection that revealed how deeply everything is intertwined. From yoga and sound baths to the simple act of slowing down, every detail whispered the same truth: we are of the earth, and the earth is within us.

One of my favorite moments was the tarot reading—threads of past, present, and possibility weaving together. ✨ A reminder that our inner world shapes how we show up in the outer one.

What struck me most in Jacksonville is this: healing and action aren’t truly opposites. Too often we believe that taking time to heal means stepping away from doing, or that taking action requires bypassing our inner work. In reality, they move hand in hand—healing nourishes the action we take, and action deepens the healing we embody.

Stay tuned as this journey unfolds, and follow @engineering_paradise to meet the people and places showing us new ways to live in harmony.

Serving as an Eco-Ambassador for Engineering Paradise has opened my eyes to the transformative efforts happening all around us. 🌱

This journey isn’t just about visiting places, it’s about learning from people and institutions that are modeling the sustainable future we all dream of. 🌎

Eckerd College left a lasting impression on me, filling me with optimism for the generations to come. 🙌🏽

I’m honored to share these experiences and thrilled to continue this adventure! 🤍

I can’t wait to share the next chapter with you!

I am so grateful to begin my journey as an ambassador for Engineering Paradise! 🌍 This docuseries shines a light on communities living in harmony with nature, showing us that we all have the power to engineer our own paradise—through the choices we make, the connections we nurture, and the impact we leave for future generations.

Our first stop: Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL—the alma mater of EP’s creators, Eli & Anna—and a true heartbeat of sustainability. 💚 The energy on campus was electric and deeply inspiring.

I witnessed students and faculty actively learning, educating, and taking inspired action every single day. Their love for this work was absolutely infectious.

One of my favorite moments? Heading out on the water to drill a core sample with students and uncover thousands of years of history—sediment, shells, even microplastics. 🌊 Did you know there are now more microplastics in our oceans than stars in the Milky Way? ✨ Even more striking—out of the 100+ core samples Eckerd has taken from surrounding waters, every single one contained microplastics.

And yet, at Eckerd there was no sense of doom and gloom—only hope, perseverance, and a fierce love for this planet. Experiences like this remind me why it matters to wake up each day with curiosity, compassion, and a love that overflows into action.

Stay tuned for more as this journey unfolds!

And follow @engineering_paradise to meet the team and learn even more!
