Mondays set the tone for the week.

Lifting on Monday means you’ll probably lift on Tuesday, then stay on track on Wednesday and finish the week strong. 💪🏽

And we make it easy for you by spelling out exactly what you’ll do with our progressive programming.

Now is a great time to join True Action gyms. For Coach Alondra’s birthday month she’s giving all new members 25% off their first month.

Take advantage of this sweet deal now! 🙌🏽

Booty Lift 1/2 way mark checking in….

Tap in ladies! How y’all feeling?

Glutes should be feeling fuller and lifted.

Soreness is probably not quite as bad but definitely know you’re using these muscles.

Core work and upper body still being challenged so you stay strong. 💪🏽

Next up - Weeks 4-6.

Slightly different. Results coming soon.

Booty Lift - Week 2 ✌🏽

It’s getting good now. Every lift we’re getting a little stronger by being strategic with how we target the glutes, hamstrings and quads.

The angles matter! Just ask them. 😝

Great work today! 🏋🏽‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️
