How about this for a before and after! Here's our proposal for a complete external renovation and transformation in Warwickshire. The client wanted to bring some character back to their home so a new feature entrance porch and through colour render gives the kerb appeal required!

The West Chase Estate was originally part of The Wilton Estate prior to 1919. The estate comprises a handsome principal house with Georgian origins positioned centrally within its land, a wonderful walled garden and tennis court, an attractive courtyard, a secondary house, five estate cottages, equestrian facilities, a range of agricultural buildings and some 600 acres of land, much of which is productive arable land.

Together, these elements form one of the best compact estates to come to the market in the region for many years. The estate completely surrounds the main house with a one and a half mile drive from north to south.

It is situated in wonderfully rolling countryside, typical of this area, and creates an incredible setting. The West Chase Estate is thought to have only changed hands twice in nearly one hundred years.

The Ashe Park Estate is an immaculate amenity estate with a beautiful period house set in an elevated position and surrounded by rolling parkland and woodland. The house extends to over 13,000 sq ft and has been designed and refurbished to a high standard throughout.

Additionally, there are 5 cottages, an office, party barn, stables, a tennis court and two lakes. The estate extends to 232 acres and is situated in Hampshire, within 60 miles distance to London.

Ashe Park House is approached over the long carriage drive that sweeps through a mature lime tree avenue to a wide gravel sweep to the front of the house. On arrival, first impressions are of an idyllic Georgian country residence with grace and grandeur. The house is constructed from red brick, with the accommodation set over two storeys and within the attic space at the eastern end of the house.

There are two lakes situated north of the house. One of the lakes is lined and stays at constant depth and the second is natural, varying in depth according to the water table. The River Test rises at Ashe Park when the water table is high, with the stream flowing to the river's official source in nearby Ashe village. Interspersed throughout the estate are about 61 acres of mixed woodland, including ancient woodland, coppice and newer plantations. The woodland includes a network of several miles of woodland track and walking paths, and the bluebells in the older woodlands are of particular beauty.

Ashe Park Estate has all the attributes of the perfect elegant country home. The undulating topography and woodland lend themselves to a wide variety of country pastimes.

Soulcombe is an exceptional residential, equestrian and sporting estate, located on the edge of the Cotswolds in Oxfordshire.

At the heart of the private estate sits an impressive neoclassical principal house, alongside two separate pavilions, one used as a cottage and one used as a garage with a flat above. The house is surrounded by immaculate extensive lawns and planted borders, a kitchen garden and a tennis court.

The house sits in an enviable, elevated position looking south west over rolling countryside of the Cherwell Valley. The estate has a further 5 houses and 2 flats and extensive equestrian facilities including three stud complexes. The estate presents a rare opportunity for a buyer to purchase a stud farm of the highest class or to use the facilities for amenity and agricultural purposes.

Soulcombe is a mile north of Kirtlington village which has period stone houses, a village store and primary school; two pubs and a golf course. The nearby towns of Bicester and Woodstock (with Blenheim Palace) have good shops and the University City of Oxford with theatres, museums and galleries is only 10 miles away.
