They say it takes a village to raise children. I’ve come to believe we need a village for so many other parts of life, too. 🩷 When I started Madeup Beauty, I never imagined I would find one here. It’s why, when I rebranded, Belonging Beyond Beauty became our tagline. Madeup Beauty has always been about more than makeup. It’s about community and belonging, and that sense of belonging has meant just as much to me as I hope it does to everyone who’s found us. One of my biggest villages has been the team at Shoppers Beauty. From senior leadership and corporate teams to beauty managers, beauty pros and beauty advisors, your love, encouragement and support have blown me away. Building a place for Madeup Beauty alongside established brands with much bigger budgets isn’t always easy. Yet you never fail to make me feel like the brightest star in the room. Thank you for helping me show up as my best self.
