TRAINING COURSE - Digital Shift🇮🇹

The world is changing. The way we inspire young people should too.

What if technology could do more than connect us? What if it could spark creativity, break barriers and open doors to new possibilities?

DIGITAL SHIFT is bringing youth workers together in Agrigento, Sicily, to rethink how we learn, inspire and empower the next generation.

Through creativity, hands-on experiences and intercultural exchange, we'll explore how digital innovation can transform youth work into something more inclusive, engaging and meaningful.

Because the future of youth work isn't just about technology. It's about the people, ideas and connections that make change possible.

New minds. Bold ideas. Endless possibilities.

It's time to make the SHIFT!

Some journeys take us to new places. Others change the way we see the world.

100 kilometres. One shared purpose. Countless moments of growth.

From Lugo to Santiago de Compostela, MindWalk Camino Mind turned the Camino into a unique learning space, where nature, movement, and human connection brought mindfulness and wellbeing to life.

Continuing the learning journey started during the first Training Course in Agrigento, participants took learning beyond four walls, transforming every step into an opportunity for reflection, personal growth, and shared discovery.

This is the power of Erasmus+.

Through intercultural exchange, non-formal education, and learning by doing, youth workers strengthened their skills and explored new ways to support young people's mental wellbeing.

The Camino ended, but its impact continued.

More than memories, participants brought home new perspectives, meaningful connections, and practical tools to create positive change in their communities.

MindWalk - Camino Mind. Every step mattered. Every experience made a difference.

Some journeys take you to a destination. Others change the way you see the world

MindWalk Camino Mind was more than a journey along the Camino de Santiago. It was an experience that challenged us to slow down, embrace the present moment, and rediscover the beauty of simply being.

Step by step, we left behind more than kilometres. We shared stories, overcame challenges, embraced silence, laughed through exhaustion, and found strength in each other.

Along the way, nature became our learning space, walking became our way of learning, and every moment offered a new opportunity to reflect, connect, and grow.

What started as a journey into mindfulness and wellbeing turned into something far more meaningful: a reminder that sometimes we needed to slow down to truly move forward.

We reached Santiago de Compostela with tired feet, full hearts, and a different perspective on what really mattered.

Because in the end, the Camino wasn't just about the path we walked. It was about everything we discovered along the way.

The footsteps may have faded, but the memories, connections, and lessons remained.

Not every journey is about reaching a destination.
Some are about discovering what changes within us along the way.

In a few days, MindWalk begins its second chapter.

This time, we leave the training room behind and take the experience onto the Camino de Santiago - almost 100 km of walking, reflection, nature and shared moments on the road to Santiago.

But Camino Mind will not simply be about the distance we cover.

It will be about what happens in between:
the conversations, the silence, the tiredness, the unexpected moments, and everything we might discover when we slow down enough to truly notice.

One path lies ahead of us.
Where it will take us… we are about to find out.

Camino Mind is coming. 👣

🌍 “MOVE IN” concludes in Alezio: an international Erasmus+ youth exchange bringing together young people from across Europe**

The international Erasmus+ youth exchange “MOVE IN” has come to an end in Alezio. From 24 August to 1 September 2026, the project transformed the Salento area into a vibrant space for meeting, learning and intercultural dialogue among young people from different European countries. 🇪🇺✨

The project was coordinated by the Spanish organisation Associació Reintegra per a la Integració i la Reinserció Laboral de les Terres de Ponent and implemented in Italy with the involvement of EUROSUD. It brought together young people from Italy 🇮🇹, Spain 🇪🇸, Morocco 🇲🇦, Croatia 🇭🇷, Greece 🇬🇷 and North Macedonia 🇲🇰.

👥 The exchange involved 60 teenagers aged between 14 and 17, accompanied by 10 youth leaders, with particular attention given to the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities.

At the heart of MOVE IN was the desire to create a safe, inclusive and intercultural space where young people could freely express themselves, meet peers from different backgrounds and learn to see diversity not as a barrier, but as a valuable resource and an opportunity for personal growth. 🤝💬

The project promoted inclusion, cooperation and mutual understanding, encouraging participants to challenge stereotypes and prejudices and to build relationships based on respect, openness and solidarity. 🌈

⚽🏐 Sport and physical activities played an important role throughout the exchange, not from a competitive perspective, but as tools for inclusion, teamwork, cooperation and group building.

MOVE IN also represented an important opportunity to introduce very young participants to the European dimension, helping them discover the values, opportunities and possibilities offered by European mobility programmes. 🇪🇺🌟

🌍✨ MOVE IN – Erasmus+ Youth Exchange has come to an end! ✨🌍

After an intense and unforgettable week together, our MOVE IN Youth Exchange has officially come to a close, bringing together up to 60 young participants and group leaders from 🇮🇹 Italy, 🇪🇸 Spain, 🇬🇷 Greece, 🇭🇷 Croatia and 🇲🇰 North Macedonia. 💛

For several days, this large international group shared experiences, ideas, cultures and challenges through a programme full of non-formal learning, creativity, sport, teamwork and intercultural exchange. 🤝🌎

Throughout the project, participants explored topics connected to active participation, civil society, personal skills and talents, while learning from each other through workshops, intercultural evenings, outdoor activities, sport tournaments and moments of reflection.

From our activities and games 🏐⚽ to visits to beautiful places such as Gallipoli and Brindisi, every day offered a new opportunity to discover the local territory, meet different cultures and build stronger connections among young people from across Europe.

On our final day, we were warmly welcomed by the Municipality of Alezio, where participants had the opportunity to share the results and experiences of the exchange. We were especially pleased to hear the Mayor confirm the Municipality’s willingness to invest even more in the presence of international young people and in European mobility opportunities within the local community. 🇪🇺💙

We then concluded the exchange with a final evaluation, looking back at everything we experienced, learned and created together.

Up to 60 people, 5 countries, countless memories and one shared European experience. 🫶

The project may be over, but the friendships, competences and memories created during MOVE IN will continue to travel with us.

Thank you to all participants, group leaders, partner organisations and everyone who helped make this experience possible.

See you somewhere in Europe for the next adventure! 🇪🇺✨

📝 In the afernoon, we dedicated our time to the final evaluation, reflecting on everything we learned, the moments we shared, the challenges we faced and the memories we will take home with us.

And with that, our project week officially came to an end. 🥹❤️

A huge thank you to all the participants from 🇮🇹 Italy, 🇪🇸 Spain, 🇬🇷 Greece, 🇭🇷 Croatia and 🇲🇰 North Macedonia for bringing your energy, ideas, cultures and enthusiasm to MOVE IN!

🌍 MOVE IN | Erasmus+ Youth Exchange💙

Another meaningful day together in the framework of our MOVE IN Youth Exchange! 🙌

🌱 This morning, participants took part in an interactive workshop dedicated to exploring the **main pillars of civil society**. Through discussions, teamwork and non-formal learning activities, we reflected on participation, active citizenship, cooperation and the role that each of us can play in building stronger and more inclusive communities. 🤝💬

💦 In the afternoon, we changed the rhythm and enjoyed some more relaxed activities! Water games, laughter and leisure time gave everyone the opportunity to recharge, have fun and strengthen the connections within our international group. ☀️🌊😄

Because a youth exchange is also about finding the right balance between learning, sharing experiences and simply enjoying time together. ❤️
