Tuesday’s are all about movement + mindfulness!
So I said why not spend it with @runitup_dallas for a 2 mile run. I’m really proud of myself because I haven’t always been able to just run the WHOLE TIME without stopping! Everyone is so friendly and supportive so I really enjoy being apart of their community. They meet up every Tuesday at @kanvasusa in Deep Ellum faithfully! The energy is always A1! Then I slowed it down at @blackswanyogadallas on Lovers for a Restore Session “One of my absolute favorites for beginners.” I think I actually fell asleep mid-session but my body needed that rest, and the best part is that the let you sleep if you dozed off. The best midweek reset ever!

At @enrichingtouch , we believe restoration isn’t just physical it’s emotional, mental, and spiritual.

First I want to start off by thanking GOD! I walked away from a big office space three years ago, right before the grand opening. It wasn’t easy, but I knew I needed to pause, heal, and grow into the woman I was becoming. I am thankful for who I am today and not ever settling after all the adversity that I’ve endured. Today, I step into this new space with peace, purpose, and alignment. This time feels different, it feels just right.

This place will be a sanctuary for healing, recovery, and peace for me and for everyone who walks through the door. I’m so thankful for who I am today and who I’m still becoming. I couldn’t have done this without my friends and my community. I love each and everyone of you. I’m just getting started! Iykyk 😉
