It’s in the name - evolution surfboards are a modern adaptation, challenging industry standards of sustainability while progressing towards new levels of performance.

Our take on up and coming stringerless tech utilizes locally sourced wood from the highly invasive albizia tree in an inverted inlay. Combined with carbon fiber laminates on the back of the board, our albizia flex technology creates a uniquely responsive feel with an optimal strength to weight ratio.

Each board is made from up to 30% recycled EPS foam from @markofoamblanks and is finished with epoxy resin from @entropyresins - a less toxic, bio-based alternative to polyester resin. The result: durable, lightweight surfboards with standout performance capabilities.

Made and designed in Hawai’i with care for the land and sea - browse the line at biziasurf.com or visit our showroom in Wahiawā, HI.

Meet Mando. 🤙

She’s the woman behind Hotdog Glassing and one of the few female surfboard factory operators in the business. Today, she’s giving us a look inside her shop and showing us where the magic happens.

Her lineup of materials includes @colanaustralia, @hexcelcorp and @entropyresins, all helping bring these boards to life. 🏄‍♀️

We’re always proud to see where the materials we supply end up. 🌊

A rare stock board in our Maui Leaf Lite construction! This design has become a customer favorite, blending paddle power, maneuverability and versatile in a wide range of conditions. Measuring up at 7’0” x 21.5” x 2.75” with bottom contours as such: a nice single concave, to double under the feet and a slight V out the tail. Quad fin set up generates speed, responsiveness and hold when on the rail. EPS core, Hemp sandwich construction on the deck with an Epoxy resin lamination.
