She’s teething so that’s a hard pass on any bite work right now so we have just been living man.

Envy’s first sets back from teething did not disappoint. There’s nothing better than watching my girl have fun and enjoy the game 🖤

I remember seeing a post or a story of someone I *thought* I looked up to in the dog sport world and it said something along the lines of.. if your 8 week old puppy isn’t chasing a rag, wash them/I don’t want it. Or some bullshit like that 🙄

Envy would chase and possess the flirt pole until she passed out at home, but at 8.5 weeks her first “bite work session” was comical. And why wouldn’t it be? She went back to her first home, there were new smells there now and a room full of people (who she thought all came just to pet her 😆).

I’ll forever be screaming from the rooftops to let your puppies be puppies! If the genetics are there and you have a good team behind you to help you build your dog you shouldn’t have any issues or need to wash a LITERAL baby.

Moral of the story: Fuck the noise, trust the process and love your dog 🖤
