BMW PGA CHAMPIONSHIPS ⛳️

Got to walk the fairways and watch some friends play in the pro-am at @bmwpga Wednesday, then head back and watch the best in the world on Friday.

One of my favourite events and a very special place.

When the new neighbours move in... you make them do cardio 👀😂
Huge welcome to the @lululemoneurope team opening on High Street Kensington! 💪🔥
For some it was their first EVER F45 class (and yes... a few nerves at the start 😅).
Erg relays. High fives. Stretch down. Goodie bags. Job done. ✅
Safe to say they survived their initiation 😉

Move&Meet x lululemon Summer Sculpt. From flowing through reformer and mat Pilates to breaking a sweat in Summer Sculpt, we moved, we connected, and we earned those açai bowls + matcha moments. 💦💚

Nothing beats coming together as a community to celebrate movement, sunshine, and that post-class glow (inside and out).

Big love to everyone who joined us-your energy made it magic. Let’s keep moving, meeting, and making memories. #move #community #together #lululemon #energy #london

Yoke x lululemon Westfield - The Ultimate Summer Reset. An intentional afternoon to move, slow down, and reconnect. We started with a grounding mat Pilates session to strengthen, stretch, and tune into our breath. From there, we shifted into stillness with a calming sound bath- letting the vibrations melt away tension and bring us fully into the present moment.

We closed the experience with nourishing snacks and time to connect as a community. Mind, body, and soul- reset and refreshed.

Thank you to everyone who shared this beautiful afternoon with us 💛#lululemon #matpilates #soundbath #move #community #together #london

For all the times we were treated unfairly and unequally compared to our male counterpart, for all the times we had to turn our heads on a quiet dark street. For all the times we have been interrupted in a conversation, mansplained, told what to do with our bodies, told “she must be on her period”, told “she’s too sensitive”. For all the times the offensive words came from a fellow woman and it made us wonder in what kind of world we are living and raising our children. For all the times your value was diminished to your appearance and the way you looked.
For any of these times, there has been another beautiful female soul who lifted you like a squad of angels. There has been a manager who has paved your way into fulfilling your passions. There has been a woman who without knowing a thing about you has come to your rescue. There has been a “like a sister”, “a badass friend” a “ride or die” a “soul sister”.

Happy International Women’s Day to this tribe.
“You house within you the most frightening power of all, the power to love without conditions, to nurture without thought, to breathe life back into broken and scarred places in others… your sensitiveness was meant to be used for greatness, to feed and nurture the world into proper order” (Sarah Blondin)
