It's funny how in the rush of becoming someone, we can lose vision of who we already are -- to ourselves and to the people around us.

It's in those hidden spaces, the ones we yearn to grow out of that truly define us.

I'm so grateful to my @epfchiro family. I've had such a blast learning from two of the most wonderful mentors, Dr. Danielle and Dr. Jean-Francios. Been absolutely wrapped in love and support by my two fellow interns, Dr. Sydney and Dr. Josiah, had countless laughs with Dr. Sam and Julie, and had the privilege of serving such a beautiful community. I will cherish our times together forever.

2025 was full, even when I was quiet.
A year of showing up, uncovering what needed to be seen, healing in motion and finding a lot to celebrate along the way.✨

Some people enter your life as teachers.
Others arrive as landmarks.

Dubuc was a compass.
Steady. Precise.
Oriented toward truth.

Never demanding allegiance,
only integrity.

He taught me how to think
without borrowing certainty.
How to listen to the body
without fear.
How to sit with complexity
long enough for something
simple to emerge.

But our relationship lived
far beyond current curriculum.

He met me as a mentor,
as a Chiropractic wizard,
a therapist,
a partner,
& as the father my nervous system
didn’t know it still needed.

There was safety in his presence.
Permission in his questions.
A quiet confidence
that called me upward
rather than pulling me along.

He challenged me
not to prove myself,
but because he believed in me.
Because he could see
what I will carry
before I could fully name it myself.

I don’t yet know
what it will look like
to keep His work alive.
I don’t know the form it will take,
or where it will land.

But I know this:

I will carry it with care.
I will protect its integrity.
I will allow it to evolve
without losing its soul.

Grief is strange
when a teacher leaves,
because what they give you
doesn’t disappear.

It becomes responsibility.
It becomes discernment.
It becomes devotion.

Thank you for the challenge.
Thank you for believing in me.
Thank you for walking beside me
when the path was still forming.

The work continues.
Through us.

Mientras cursaba mi doctorado tuve la dicha de conocer a quien realmente fue el Dr. Jean-François Dubuc. Fue si estudiante durante los ultimos 5 años. Siempre lo recordare como un ser humano super sabio, muy humilde y dedicado a servir sin esperar nada a cambio.

Lo conocí en mi peor situación de salud y cuando estaba dudando de mi en si iba a poder completar mi doctorado. Hoy me levante de madrugada súper emocionado soñando que el había visitado mi oficina de sorpresa, lo cual siempre fue mi sueño ya que Dr. Dubuc fue la persona que más impacto mi desempeño como Quiropráctico… pero me encontré con la triste noticia que había fallecido el Lunes 15 de Diciembre. Agradezco a Dios el haberlo conocido y como siempre le prometí “hare todo los que este en mis manos para seguir siendo el mejor quiropráctico que yo pueda ser”. Solo me resta darle las gracias a Dios por que en el peor momento de mi vida puso a la persona más importante en mi carrera como doctor.

Dubuc fue y siempre será el mentor mas importante de mi vida. Que Dios lo tenga en su gloria.

I had a great time sharing the CHIROPRACTIC MESSAGE & PURPOSE at McKenna Farms this past weekend! 🙌🏽🤩

McKenna Farms is a Nonprofit Organization that aims to provide innovative therapeutic programs and resources for children with special needs🧒🏽✨!

Attending and being a part of the vendors at this event makes my heart BURST with so much joy. We played, had a great time, gave away a TON OF goodie bags 🤩, and most importantly, I saw so many kiddos having the time of their lives!

Spreading Good Vibes all Around the WORLD! 🌎 🤩

I wake up everyday grateful that I have been CHOSEN & CONTINUE TO CHOOSE the love of the chiropractic profession. It saved my life and it changed my life forever just about 9 years ago. It has been my calling and devotion ever since my first adjustment. Special thanks to @abodefamilywellness !

I had the absolute pleasure of representing @epfchiro at the Peach State Birth Expo! 🍑

I was surrounded by people with similar passions and desires surrounding health. My heart felt so at peace and warm. I was able to communicate to expecting mamas and future parents about the beauty of a regulated nervous system through the facilitation of chiropractic care. My heart was and still remains so full from those moments. I met so many amazing people whose eyes lit up from the knowledge and the gems that were being downloaded!💎💛

I realize in these moments that I am so blessed and I just want to continue sharing the wisdom and knowledge that I have received with others so that we can grow in empowerment and love. ☀️
